This thesis document shows the results obtained from an accessibility analysis, which was carried out to identify the current problem with which said accessibility is for the elderly to the room called Hogar del Cristo Abandonado Paz y Bien, located in the neighborhood Juarez Morelia, Michoacán. To reach these results, it was necessary to identify and analyze the problem of the aforementioned stay, with field visits in order to locate the different access routes to that stay and also show the current conditions of the urban equipment, which integrates its context and to be able to demonstrate the difficulties that elderly people face in accessing. By showing the problem in urban accessibility in this area, it was possible to show a proposal for a solution to these problems that would improve the mobility and accessibility of the population and also improve the quality of life.
El presente documento de tesis muestra los resultados obtenidos de un análisis de accesibilidad, que se realizó para identificar la problemática actual con la cual se encuentra dicha accesibilidad para el adulto mayor al asilo llamada Hogar del Cristo Abandonado Paz y Bien, ubicado en la colonia Juárez. Morelia, Michoacán. Para llegar a dichos resultados fue necesario, identificar y analizar la problemática de la estancia mencionada, con visitas de campo con la finalidad de ubicar las diferentes vías de acceso a dicha estancia y mostrar así mismo las condiciones actuales del equipamiento urbano, que integra su contexto y poder demostrar las dificultades con las que se encuentran las personas de la tercera edad para poder acceder. Al mostrar la problemática en la accesibilidad urbana en dicha zona, se llegó a mostrar una propuesta de solución a dichos problemas que permitan mejorar la movilidad y accesibilidad de la población y así mismo poder elevar la calidad de vida.
