Centro deportivo Seven Days Premiere, en Querétaro, Querétaro

Abstract

This research study carries out an analysis of a geographical site by taking into account the socio-cultural factors that have directly influenced and impacted such place. By means of this study, it was obtained, that in order to meet the needs of the inhabitants a suitable architectural enclosure would address an observed problematical area. This project takes place in the capital city of the state of Querétaro, in the housing development of "Juriquilla". The city’s growth in population has opened up a possible market niche for the construction of a sports center - club with "Premiere" characteristics, targeting inhabitants of higher socioeconomic status. Considering the needs of the consumer, there is a constant demand for spaces suitable for sport and fitness activities, such as recreational spaces. Research indicates that the numerous housing developments present in the city often lack urban equipment and spaces conducive to social interaction. Based on the aforementioned, a modern construction with innovative materials for the creation of befittingly adequate spaces was planned. The following areas were contemplated within this full-service multisport complex: gymnasium, fitness areas (multidisciplinary rooms), sauna-spa-baths, aquatics area, playground, nutritionist, and points of sale for sporting goods and supplements, among others, resulting in an excellent value to its customers. In conclusion, an efficient, beautifully innovative project is obtained, all while meeting the expectations and various sports and fitness needs of its principal consumers.

Este trabajo de investigación realiza el análisis de un sitio geográfico, y su contexto social en el cual se tomaron en cuenta todos los factores que influyeron en él. Mediante este estudio se obtuvo como resultado a la problemática, un recinto arquitectónico idóneo, que cubre las necesidades de los usuarios. Este proyecto toma lugar en estado de Querétaro, en la ciudad capital, en el desarrollo habitacional de “Juriquilla”. Se observó un crecimiento poblacional, y un posible nicho de mercado para la construcción de un centro deportivo - club con características “Premiere” dirigiéndose a los habitantes con un nivel adquisitivo alto. Hablando del usuario prevalece una constante demanda de espacios aptos para la práctica de actividades de cultura física y deporte, así como espacios recreativos, ya que existen numerosos desarrollos habitacionales, pero carece de equipamiento urbano y espacios para la interacción social. Basándose en lo mencionado se proyectó una construcción moderna, con materiales innovadores, y espacios más que adecuados. Se contemplaron las siguientes áreas dentro de este recinto: gimnasio, áreas fitness (salones multidisciplinarios), baños-sauna-spa, acuática, área de juegos, nutriólogo, y puntos de venta de artículos deportivos y suplementos, entre otros más complementarios, para un eficiente funcionamiento. En conclusión, se obtiene un proyecto eficiente, bello, innovador, y como punto principal, que cumple con las necesidades y expectativas del usuario.
