The work is contemplated by seven chapters which corresponds to each section. In chapter one is the What? Why? For what? When? Where? And how? Taking a process that is developed from the problem that occurs in the town of Ajuchitlán del Progreso, the lack of cultural, educational, and social spaces in the population are spaces that over time have lost their value for the reason of development and maintenance. The problem is justified through percentages of the growth that occurs in said locality, as objectives are obtained the need to be able to implement the indicated project. As follows is chapter two, focusing on the importance of the subject as well as the building, population growth and statistics of the population that occurs in the Municipality of Ajuchitlán del Progreso. In chapter three the physical-geographic adjoining municipalities are presented, obtaining the information required and necessary for the project to be carried out, which are very useful and feasible points. There is also chapter four, obtaining information on infrastructure and urban equipment in the area as well as the use of land that is of great importance in constructive aspects to obtain and capture the property with feasibility and firmness. Cultural, educational, administrative and social activities are so important for society that they constantly influence and are very useful for society. It is also found chapter five is presented regulations and regulations that are required with great utility and paramount for the design of any kind of property reaching a better result. Each of the chapters is of great importance as it serves to make a project with complexity and viable in the area to be projected. The next step is to obtain chapter six where a part of conceptualization of design is found, taking into account the previous chapters, the user is also analyzed in terms of the needs and activities that take place in the building, obtaining organizational charts and studies of areas that It is located in said building, getting to obtain the architectural program. Finally, there is the chapter seven reaching the list of plans that make up the design of the Municipal Auditorium in Ajuchitlan del Progreso, so I reiterate that it serves as a great support and feasibility having the scope of activities presented in the project.
El trabajo está contemplado por siete capítulos el cual corresponde a cada apartado. En el capítulo uno se encuentra el ¿Qué? ¿Por qué? ¿Para qué? ¿Cuándo? ¿Dónde? Y ¿Cómo? llevando un proceso que se desarrollan a partir de la problemática que se presenta en la localidad de Ajuchitlán del Progreso, la carencia de espacios culturales, educativos, y sociales en la población son espacios que con el tiempo han perdido su valor por el motivo de desarrollo y mantenimiento. El problema se justifica a través de porcentajes del crecimiento que se presenta en dicha localidad, como objetivos se obtienen la necesidad para poder implementar el proyecto indicado. Como siguiente se encuentra el capítulo dos, enfocándose en la importancia del tema tanto como también del edificio, el crecimiento demográfico y estadísticas de la población que se presenta en el Municipio de Ajuchitlán del Progreso. En el capítulo tres se presentan las colindantes físicas-geográficas del Municipio, obteniendo la información requerida y necesaria para el proyecto a realizar lo cual son puntos de gran utilidad y factibles. También se encuentra el capítulo cuatro, obteniendo la información de infraestructura y el equipamiento urbano de la zona como también el uso de suelo que es de gran importancia en aspectos constructivos para obtener y plasmar con factibilidad y firmeza el inmueble. Las actividades culturales, educativas, administrativas y sociales son tan importantes para la sociedad que influyen constantemente y son de gran utilidad para la sociedad. También se encuentra el capítulo cinco se presenta reglamentos y normatividades que se requieren con gran utilidad y primordial para el diseño de cualquier índole de inmueble llegando a un mejor resultado. Cada uno de los capítulos son de gran importancia ya que sirve para realizar un proyecto con complejidad y viable en la zona a proyectar. Como siguiente paso se obtiene el capítulo seis donde se encontrar una parte de conceptualización de diseño tomando en cuenta los capítulos anteriores, también se analiza el usuario en cuanto a las necesidades y actividades que se desarrollan en el edificio, obteniendo organigramas y estudios de áreas que se encuentra en dicho inmueble llegando a obtener el programa arquitectónico. Por último, se encuentra el capítulo siete llegando a la relación de planos que conforma el diseño del Auditorio Municipal en Ajuchitlan del Progreso, por ello reitero que sirva de gran apoyo y factibilidad teniendo los alcances de actividades que se presenten en dicho proyecto.
