Abstract

The purpose of the following (work) thesis is the development of an architectural project that satisfies the incipient need in the city of Morelia for infrastructure of social assistance in benefit of the underage who suffer from violence, mistreatment and abandonment, approaching the social, physical and psychological condition that they suffer and their possible therapy; applied in an architectural context, where the architecture tries to play the part of induced therapy through visual means and from an sensitive and conscious design. In addition, pretends to be a paradigm of sustainable and ecologically responsible construction that provides comfortable conditions to its inhabitants, and that reduces environmental impact and the energetic consumption of itself by the application of ecological technologies to the design.

El propósito de la presente tesis es realizar un proyecto arquitectónico que satisfaga la necesidad incipiente en la ciudad de Morelia de contar con infraestructura de asistencia social en beneficio de menores que sufren violencia, maltrato y abandono; abordando las condiciones sociales, físicas y psicológicas que padecen los infantes y sus posibles terapias, aplicado en un contexto arquitectónico, donde la arquitectura intenta realizar el papel de terapia inducida por medio de medios visuales y de un diseño consciente. Además, pretende ser un paradigma de construcción sustentable y ecológicamente responsable que brinde condiciones de confort a sus habitantes, y que reduzca el impacto ambiental y el consumo energético del mismo por medio de la aplicación de eco-tecnologías.
