The project for the New Bus Station in Huetamo, Michoacán is aimed at solving the problems of the current bus station which has a bad location that is in downtown area which is also affected by the deterioration and damage that has around its streets of influence. For this reason, the city council of Huetamo has in plan a new project of Bus Station that is projected outside the municipality to an area that can be used and has no problems with its environment, which meets the needs of the current power plant and is prepared for future problems, whether spatial, population growth, etc. In the National Institute for Federalism and Municipal Development there is a federalized budget in Michoacán, which is intended as a fund for the strengthening of state and municipal infrastructure, with an amount for Huetamo of 6, 500,000 pesos 7. For this reason, the H. Ayuntamiento de Huetamo Michoacán has in its plans the project of a bus station relocating the current central to a space that is more comfortable for the entrances and exits of the buses. In this project of relocation of the bus station is considered in an area of the libramiento of the municipality which can solve the problems of traffic that presents the current plant, also solve the volume of users in constant growth. Which is a necessary project for the population and also as its municipalities which require means of transport provided by this bus station for reasons of tourism, commerce, agriculture, etc. The architectural project was carried out and raised by the needs to be covered by the current power plant, which include spaces to meet the population's demand as well as spatial needs that are required. This document discloses the process that was taken for the completion of the project and its factors that were considered for its conceptual and constructive realization.
El proyecto para la Nueva Central de Autobuses en Huetamo, Michoacán está dirigido a resolver la problemática que tiene la actual central de autobuses la cual tiene una mala ubicación que está en zona céntrica la cual también es afecta por el deterioro y los daños que tiene alrededor sus calles de influencia. Por este motivo el ayuntamiento de Huetamo tiene en plan un nuevo proyecto de Central de Autobuses que sea proyectado fueras del municipio a una zona que se pueda aprovechar y no tenga problemas con su entorno, que satisfaga las necesidades del problema de la actual central y esté preparada para futuros problemas ya sean espaciales, de crecimiento de población, etc. En el Instituto Nacional para el Federalismo y el Desarrollo Municipal se cuenta con un presupuesto federalizado en Michoacán, que está destinado como fondo para el fortalecimiento de la infraestructura estatal y municipal, con una cantidad para Huetamo de 6, 500,000 pesos 7. Por este motivo el H. Ayuntamiento de Huetamo Michoacán tiene en sus planes el proyecto de una central de autobuses reubicando la actual central a un espacio que sea más cómodo para las entradas y salidas de los autobuses. En este proyecto de reubicación de la central de autobuses está considerada en una zona del libramiento del municipio la cual pueda resolver la problemática de transito que presenta la central actual, además resolver el volumen de usuarios en constante crecimiento. El cual es un proyecto necesario para la población y también como sus municipios los cuales requieren de medios de transporte que provee esta central de autobuses por motivos de turismo, comercio, agricultura, etc. El proyecto arquitectónico fue realizado y planteado por las necesidades a cubrir de la actual central las cuales incluyen espacios para atender la demanda de población también como necesidades espaciales que se requieren. Este documento da a conocer el proceso que se tuvo para la finalización del proyecto y sus factores que se consideraron para su realización tanto conceptual como constructiva.
