"Centro cultural cinematográfico" Morelia, Michoacán

Abstract

The project presented "Cinematographic Cultural Center, Morelia, Michoacán" arises in response to the lack of spaces for architectural typology within the State. The first part of the document contains the introduction of the topic, approach and identification of the problem; justification, which is key to understanding the importance of the project; the objectives and scope of the work proposed, as well as its respective methodology. Afterwards, the fundamental chapters are presented, beginning with a socio-cultural context to understand the environment where the project is developed, as well as historical aspects related to the theme and the evolution of the same; and similar cases that serve as a basis and example to develop a good architectural program. The following chapters, the geographical physical framework, the legal framework, the urban context and the technical framework will contain all the aspects to be considered for a good planning, from the physical aspects of the environment, as well as the normative guidelines to which the project must comply; the analysis of the infrastructure where the land is located, and of the land itself; until the planning of the most feasible materials for the creation of the building. Once all the information of the previous chapters is analyzed, the formal and functional framework is elaborated, where the user is studied, their needs and activities to be carried out within the building, and thus, to be able to arrive at the design and study of the spaces for to be able to carry out the appropriate planimetry, the design and presentation of the project, and the parametric budget. Finally, there is the bibliography and sources of information that were consulted for the elaboration of the thesis project.

El proyecto presentado “Centro Cultural Cinematográfico, Morelia, Michoacán” surge como respuesta a la falta de espacios destinados a la tipología arquitectónica dentro del Estado. La primera parte del documento contiene la introducción del tema, planteamiento e identificación de la problemática; justificación, que es clave para entender la importancia del proyecto; los objetivos y alcances a los que deberá llegar el trabajo planteado, así como su respectiva metodología. Después se presentan los capítulos fundamentales, empezando por un contexto socio-cultural para entender el entorno donde se desarrolla el proyecto, así como aspectos históricos con relación al tema y la evolución de la misma; y casos análogos que sirven de base y ejemplo para desarrollar un buen programa arquitectónico. Los siguientes capítulos, el marco físico geográfico, el marco legal, el contexto urbano y el marco técnico contendrán todos los aspectos a considerar para una buena planeación, desde los aspectos físicos del entorno, así como los lineamientos normativos a los que deberá cumplir el proyecto; el análisis de la infraestructura donde se encuentra el terreno, y del terreno mismo; hasta la planeación de los materiales más factibles para la creación del edificio. Una vez que se analiza toda la información de los capítulos anteriores, se elabora el marco formal y funcional, donde se estudia al usuario, sus necesidades y actividades que realizará dentro del edificio, y así, poder llegar al diseño y estudio de los espacios para poder realizar la planimetría adecuada, el diseño y presentación del proyecto, y el presupuesto paramétrico. Por último, se encuentra la bibliografía y fuentes de información que fueron consultadas para la elaboración del proyecto de tesis.
