Intervención arquitectónica en la Facultad de Odontología de la UMSNH

Abstract

Because of this, the faculty of dentistry has deteriorated and students demand more spaces, needs and characteristics to find in that site. The School of Dentistry is a property which currently does not meet these user demands so it is no longer feasible the development of students, teachers or teachers for this reason the user seeks to meet their needs to fulfill their academic activities by appropriating what already existing according to their criteria, making a real chaos inside, outside and in the context of the property, which is why the most critical points of the faculty were searched by means of a visit, dialog, it was determined which spaces will be treated and reconditioned so that the spaces that suffer from deficiencies fulfill a more adequate efficiency status. At the same time, we will try to find a different approach to the faculty of dentistry by speaking architecturally so that it is a visual attraction for the context without impacting in a very drastic way the already existing. The spaces that were put to analyze from a visit to the site were, parking, library, cafeteria, recreation areas, or academic entertainment, and so it was sought that the user needs were more satisfactory, thus making a design according to their daily activities that is especially functional for them. Seeking that the concepts of design to work are cleaning, organization, order that are concepts that can determine a first representative of dentistry and in turn how they are usually determined how are the spaces where they are developed. The faculty of dentistry has a great use and potential of its spaces where they could do great things since it has two facades where one of them is main and is on a busy avenue, in turn the site has all the facilities necessary if required for them to develop and carry out their basic needs, physiological, academic and others.

Debido a esto la facultad de odontología se ha deteriorado y y los alumnos demandan más espacios, necesidades y características a encontrar en dicho sitio. La escuela de Odontología es un predio el cual actualmente no cumple con estas demandas del usuario por lo que ya no es factible el desarrollo de alumnos, profesores o docentes por tal motivo el usuario busca como satisfacer sus necesidades para cumplir sus actividades académicas apropiándose de lo ya existente según sean su criterio haciendo un verdadero caos dentro, fuera y en el contexto del predio por lo cual se buscó los puntos más críticos de la facultad que mediante visita, dialogo, se determinó cuáles serán los espacios a tratar y a reacondicionar para que los espacios que ahí sufren de carencias cumplan con un status de eficiencia más adecuado. A su vez se buscará que se de otro enfoque distinta a la facultad de odontología hablando arquitectónicamente para que sea un atractivo visual para el contexto sin impactar de una manera muy drástica a lo ya existente. Los espacios que se pusieron a analizar desde una visita al sitio fueron, estacionamiento, biblioteca, cafetería, áreas de recreación, o esparcimiento académico, y así vez se buscó que las necesidades ser usuario fueran más satisfactorias haciendo así acorde a sus actividades cotidianas un diseño que sea sobre todo funcional para ellos. Buscando que los conceptos de diseño a trabajar sean limpieza, organización, orden que son conceptos que pueden determinar a un primer representante de la odontología y a su vez como se suelen determinar cómo son los espacios donde ellos se desarrollan. La facultad de odontología cuenta con un gran aprovechamiento y potencial de sus espacios donde se pudieron realizar grandes cosas ya que cuenta con dos fachadas donde una de ellas es principal y está en una avenida muy transitada, a su vez el sitio cuenta con todas las instalaciones necesaria si requeridas para que se desarrollen y lleven a cabo sus necesidades tanto básicas, fisiológicas, académicas entre otras.
