Rastro municipal en Lagunillas, Michoacán

Abstract

In the following thesis the project of the municipal trail in Lagunillas Michoacán is developed, this is part of the problem that exists in particular there in the municipality, where it lacks adequate infrastructure to adequately carry out the work of the slaughter. A local trail is projected with certain advances that facilitate this activated, and that at a given time it can reach the TIF certification (Federal Inspection Type) is projected considering the boom that the already built project can have, this being the only one in a radius of 20 kilometers around that will exist of its kind. For the construction of this project, it has the support of the Municipality of Lagunillas 2015-2018, and at the end of that period, with the new administration 2018-2021, the process to detail the project is continued. And the management of the necessary resource for the construction of the Municipal Trail is intended. Benefiting all workers to simplify the activity of the slaughter and even more important all the population consuming meat protein, this because it will have a better product quality and better hygiene in this, by its regulations.

En la siguiente tesis se desarrolla el proyecto del rastro municipal en Lagunillas Michoacán, esto parte de la problemática que se tiene en particular ahí en el municipio, donde se carece de infraestructura adecuada para llevar de forma adecuad la labor de la matanza. Se proyecta un rastro local con ciertos avances que facilite dicha activada, y que en un momento dado se pueda llegar a la certificación TIF (Tipo Inspección Federal) se proyecta considerando el auge que puede tener el proyecto ya construido, esto al ser el único en un radio de 20 km a la redonda que existirá de su tipo. Para la construcción de dicho proyecto se cuenta con el apoyo del H. Ayuntamiento de Lagunillas 2015-2018, y al terminar dicho periodo, con la nueva administración 2018-2021 se continua el proceso para detallar el proyecto. Y se pretende la gestión del recurso necesario para la construcción del Rastro Municipal. Beneficiando a todos los trabajadores al simplificar la actividad de la matanza y aún más importante toda la población consumidora de proteína cárnica, esto debido a que esta tendrá una mejor calidad del producto y mejor higiene en este, por sus normativas.
