The purpose of this thesis has as area resolve the structuring of social House so that arises a new way to see it, since it has been classified as a financially limited in its space and its construction quality as well as their lack of facilities and services, in addition to being the type of cheap housing in the housing market, also is the most demanded in construction for the same economic reasons. One of the main problems of this type of housing is the proximity of the facilities and services, dwellings of social interest are located in the peripheries of the cities away from the services, equipment and the work of each person living in them as proposed in this thesis considers the creation of a prototype of housing which is suitable to solve type well-planned social interest housing demand. In this document were integrated aspects that influence the acquisition of housing both economic and statistical, in this way and with the influence of these investigations was the conclusion of many users make up the average family in the Mexico, the next step was the planning of the project, this as mentioned should comply with the requirements of facilities and services near the housing complex for not having the same problem having the type housing developments as well social interest. This thesis project counts as a proposal for the approach and good planning of the social housing, in the real estate market, there is a range of social housing, but the main reasons why these homes are not purchased is the bad planning, by which intends this thesis topic.
El propósito de esta tesis tiene como ámbito resolver la estructuración de la casa de interés social de tal forma que se plantee una nueva forma de verla, ya que ha sido catalogada como una casa económicamente limitada en sus espacios y en su calidad constructiva, así como su falta de equipamientos y servicios, además de ser el tipo de vivienda más barata en el mercado inmobiliario, también es la más demandada en construcción por el mismo motivo económico. Uno de los principales problemas de este tipo de vivienda es la cercanía de los equipamientos y servicios, las casas de interés social se encuentran en las periferias de las ciudades lejos de los servicios, equipamientos y del trabajo de cada persona que habita en ellas, como propuesta en la presente tesis se plantea la creación de un prototipo de vivienda que sea apta para solucionar la demanda de vivienda tipo interés social bien planeada. En este documento se integraron los aspectos que influyen en la adquisición de una vivienda tanto económicos como estadísticos, de este modo y con la influencia de estas investigaciones se llegó a la conclusión de cuántos usuarios integran la familia promedio en la República Mexicana, el paso siguiente fue el planteamiento del proyecto, este como se mencionaba debía cumplir con los requisitos de equipamientos y servicios cerca del conjunto habitacional para no tener así el mismo problema que tienen los desarrollos de vivienda tipo interés social. El proyecto en esta tesis cuenta como una propuesta para el enfoque y buena planeación de la vivienda de interés social, en el mercado inmobiliario hay oferta de vivienda de interés social pero los motivos principales por los cuales estas viviendas no se compran es la mala planeación, por lo cual se propone este tema de tesis.
