Abstract

In this document, it begins with an introduction, in which an approach is made of the problem that is intended to improve with the realization of the project, justifying also why it is proposed, having as objective what is expected from this project and what is going to be done in it. Subsequently, a Reference Framework is presented, in which part of the history of both the museums and the site in which the project is presented, as well as the cultural elements thereof, is presented; similar cases that will serve as support in terms of distribution and spaces that intervene in the project. Continuing with the physical - geographical Framework, where the data referring to the site in which it is going to intervene are included, such as the elements and factors of the climate. After that, there is an Urban Framework where part of the equipment of the intervention site is addressed, as well as an analysis of the site where the project will be located, indicating its topography and the context in which the building will interact. Then we have the legal framework, which presents the regulations that intervene and indicates the limitations in a project of this type. Regarding the technical - constructive framework, as its name implies, the constructive elements of the project are presented. Finally, there is the formal Framework, where a study is made of the user that will intervene in the building, in order to carry out a study of the activities and spaces they need to carry out the project.

En el presente documento, se inicia con una introducción, en la cual se hace un planteamiento del problema que se pretende mejorar con la realización del proyecto, justificando también el por qué se propone el mismo, teniendo como objetivo lo que se espera de éste proyecto y lo que se va a realizar en él. De manera posterior se presenta un Marco de Referencia, en el que se tiene parte de la historia tanto de los museos como del sitio en el que se plantea el proyecto, así como los elementos culturales del mismo; casos análogos que servirán de apoyo en cuanto a la distribución y espacios que intervienen en el proyecto. Continuando con el Marco físico – geográfico, en donde se incluyen los datos referentes al sitio en que se va a intervenir, tales como los elementos y factores del clima. Posterior a ello se tiene el Marco urbano donde se aborda parte del equipamiento del sitio de intervención, así como un análisis del predio en donde se ubicará el proyecto, indicando su topografía y el contexto con el que va a interactuar el edificio. Después se tiene el Marco legal, en el que se presenta la normatividad que interviene y que indica las limitantes en un proyecto de éste tipo. En cuanto al Marco técnico – constructivo, como su nombre lo indica, se presentan los elementos constructivos del proyecto. Finalmente está el Marco formal, en donde se hace un estudio del usuario que va a intervenir en el edificio, para con ello realizar un estudio de las actividades y los espacios que necesitan para la realización del proyecto.
