Unidad de medicina familiar en Tarímbaro Michoacán

Abstract

The IMSS over the years has been overtaken by the increase in the demand for affiliated beneficiaries in the state of Michoacán, which is due to the same increase in the population in the largest conurbation areas of the state, mainly the metropolitan area of Morelia. The municipalities adjacent to the Michoacan capital lack medical care services, which is why they have to travel to the city to receive such service. The objective of the study in this document is to gather the necessary health services for beneficiaries of the Tarimbaro municipality, in order to increase the medical care capacity of the area, allowing a better quality of life for the inhabitants. The research question would be: Why is a familiar medicine unit necessary in the municipality of Tarimbaro? In this context, the municipality of Tarimbaro, due to its proximity to the city of Morelia, is an area of accelerated population growth, so the greater the population, the greater the need for services. The way of making an adequate and functional proposal through a design that meets the relationship between activity, space and form at a level of architectural project was analyzed. In order to carry it out, a series of research and analysis processes were carried out to gather the information necessary for the realization of this project, in order to be functional and suitable.

El IMSS con el paso de los años se ha visto rebasado por el aumento en la demanda de derechohabientes afiliados en el estado de Michoacán, lo cual se debe al aumento mismo de la población en las mayores zonas conurbadas del estado, principalmente, la zona metropolitana de Morelia. Los municipios colindantes con la capital michoacana carecen de servicios de atención médica, por lo cual se tienen que trasladar a la ciudad para recibir dicho servicio. El objetivo de estudio en el presente documento es reunir los servicios de salud necesarios para los derechohabientes del municipio de Tarímbaro, para poder incrementar la capacidad de atención médica de la zona, permitiendo una mejor calidad de vida en los habitantes. La pregunta de investigación sería ¿Por qué es necesaria una UMF en el municipio de Tarímbaro? En este contexto, el municipio de Tarímbaro, debido a su cercanía con la ciudad de Morelia, es una zona de crecimiento poblacional acelerado, así que, a mayor población, mayor necesidad de servicios. Se analizó la manera de realizar una propuesta adecuada y funcional a través de un diseño que cumpla con la relación entre la actividad, espacio y forma a un nivel de ante proyecto arquitectónico. Para poder realizarlo se llevaron a cabo una serie de procesos de investigación y análisis para reunir la información necesaria para la realización del presente proyecto, esto con el fin de que sea funcional y adecuado.
