This document describes the experience in the process that involves the execution of a work by municipal administration, in addition to making the designs, attached to the rules that govern us, for the realization of this type of work, it was necessary to In the first place, it was carried out some visits to CTIRS, the City of Cortázar, municipality of Guanajuato and the municipality of Huacana, Michoacán, as well as to investigate its operation through internet in pages of Countries like Holland and states. United; With the data obtained and seeing the operation physically a study of the necessary areas for our project could be carried out, the information adhered to the norm NOM-083-SEMARNAT-2003 and SUMA (Secretary of Urbanism and Environment) was also complemented for the correct acquisition of the property, where the work will be located. Once managed to locate an ideal terrain with the necessary infrastructure in communication, electrification, drainage, drinking water and especially in the middle point between all the aforementioned locations in order to lower the cost of its operation and thus ensure its use started with the realization of the project and the management of resources for its execution, in the year of 2011 it was possible to agree before the SEDESOL the amount of $ 2,649,812.23 (two million six hundred and forty-nine thousand eight hundred and twelve pesos 23 / 100mn) for the construction of a first stage, in which the excavation of the confinement cell was contemplated, the construction of two roofed areas, one for the storage of the separated waste and another for the installation of the selecting plant.
En este documento se describe la experiencia en el proceso que lleva consigo la ejecución de una obra por administración municipal, además de realizar los diseños, apegados a las normas que nos rigen, para la realización de este tipo de obras, se tuvo la necesidad de conocer a fondo primeramente su funcionamiento y para ello se llevaron a cabo algunas visitas a CTIRS la Ciudad de Cortázar municipio de Guanajuato y a el municipio de la Huacana en Michoacán, además de investigar su funcionamiento a través de internet en páginas de Países como Holanda y estados unidos; con los datos obtenidos y al ver el funcionamiento físicamente se pudo llevar a cabo un estudio de áreas necesarias para nuestro proyecto, también se complementó la información apegada a la norma NOM-083-SEMARNAT-2003 y SUMA (Secretaria de Urbanismo y Medio Ambiente) para la correcta adquisición del predio, donde se ubicará la obra. Una vez logrado localizar un terreno ideal con la infraestructura necesaria en vías de comunicación, electrificación, drenaje, Agua potable y sobre todo en el punto intermedio entre todas las localidades antes mencionadas con el objeto de abaratar el costo de su funcionamiento y así garantizar su uso se inició con la realización del proyecto y la gestión de recursos para su ejecución, en el año del 2011 se logró convenir ante la SEDESOL la cantidad de $ 2,649,812.23 (dos millones seiscientos cuarenta y nueve mil ochocientos doce pesos 23/100mn) para la construcción de una primera etapa, en la que se contempló la excavación de la celda de confinamiento, la construcción de dos áreas techadas, una para el almacenamiento de los residuos separados y otra para la instalación de la planta seleccionadora.
