The health of the population is an essential element for the economic and social development of any population center and / or urban area, having as main objective of this thesis document is to give a proposal, and in turn this becomes a solution to the problem presented by the municipality of Ocampo, in the state of Michoacán. With the specific objective of creating a space in which the user, in this case the inhabitants of this municipality, have the ease of going to a place where their health is dealt with in an efficient and fast manner, attending to emergencies that may arise, proposing a model that is designed according to the social and economic environment. This project competes with another implementation, in this way it guarantees that it will be built, thus achieving its main objective. This document was created based on a methodological research, conducting surveys, interviews, review of regulations, standards, books and several authors that leaned towards the area of health, similarly, visits were made to different spaces of the same nature that were built in areas where they had the same need to address the health of the population. Each of the phases of this research from the architectural point of view, resulted in the proposal of a building that will have as a function to be a health center, thus providing a solution to social problems that are directly linked to the welfare of the population, increasing the attention to those who require to have a quick access to this type of services. In carrying out this research and proposal, it was easy to realize all that is necessary for health services to reach the population, showing that this topic is one of the most important.
La salud de la población es un elemento esencial para el desarrollo económico y social de cualquier centro de población y/o área urbana, teniendo como objetivo principal de este documento de tesis es dar una propuesta, y a su vez esta se convierta en una solución al problema que presenta el municipio de Ocampo, en el estado de Michoacán. Con objetivo específico de crear un espacio en el cual el usuario, en este caso los habitantes de este municipio, tengan la facilidad de acudir a un lugar en el cual se atienda su salud de una manera eficiente y rápida, atendiendo las emergencias que puedan surgir, proponiendo un modelo que está diseñado de acuerdo al entorno social y económico. Este proyecto compite con otra puesta, de esta forma garantiza que se construirá, logrando así su objetivo principal. Este documento fue creado en base a una investigación metodológica, realizándose así encuestas, entrevistas, revisión de reglamentos, normas, libros y varios autores que se inclinaron hacia el área de la salud, de igual forma se realizaron visitas a distintos espacios de la misma índole que fueron construidos en zonas donde tenían la misma necesidad de atender la salud de la población. Cada una de las fases de esta investigación desde el punto de vista arquitectónico, tuvo como resultado la propuesta de un edificio que tendrá como función ser un centro de salud, otorgando así una solución a problemas sociales que van directamente vinculados con el bienestar de la población, incrementando la atención hacia quienes requieren tener un acceso rápido a este tipo de servicios. Al realizar esta investigación y propuesta, fue fácil darse cuenta de todo lo que es necesario para que los servicios de salud lleguen a la población, mostrando que este tema es uno de los más importantes.
