Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to develop the architectural proposal of a Theater through a descriptive investigation, which allows a general perspective that justifies the construction of said project. Ciudad Hidalgo in the State of Michoacán is the place where the proposal is intended to be developed since it does not have a space destined for culture, observing the needs of the population for having a public establishment with the necessary characteristics, which completely covers the inadequacies to develop social, cultural and recreational activities to promote family life. It will represent the first building of this kind in the City, since currently open public spaces are used as scenarios. Hence the importance of the construction of this space specifically for scenic art, written works and shows within this municipality, then as a starting point the needs of society will be taken into account to fill the void that exists today due to the lack of said place. The design of the theater will be supported in accordance with the building regulations of this type of buildings, based on functionality and taking into account the necessary spaces of this place, complementing with different sustainable and technological aspects, with the implementation of renewable energies of such so that the main natural resources are maximized.

El propósito de esta tesis es desarrollar la propuesta arquitectónica de un Teatro a través de una investigación descriptiva, que permita una perspectiva general que justifique la construcción de dicho proyecto. Ciudad Hidalgo en el Estado de Michoacán es el lugar donde se pretende desenvolver la propuesta ya que no cuenta con un espacio destinado para la cultura, observando las necesidades de la población por contar con un establecimiento público con las características necesarias, que cubra por completo las insuficiencias para desarrollar actividades sociales, culturales y recreativas para fomentar la convivencia familiar. Representará el primer edificio de este género en la Ciudad, ya que actualmente se utilizan espacios públicos abiertos como escenarios efímeros. De ahí la importancia de la construcción de este espacio destinado específicamente al arte escénico, obras escritas y espectáculos dentro de este municipio, entonces como punto de partida se tomarán en cuenta las necesidades de la sociedad para llenar el vacío hoy existente por la carencia de dicho lugar. El diseño del teatro se sustentará de acuerdo con los reglamentos de construcción de este tipo de edificaciones, basado en la funcionalidad y tomando en cuenta los espacios necesarios de este lugar, complementando con diferentes aspectos sustentables y tecnológicos, con la implementación de energías renovables de tal forma que se aprovechen al máximo los principales recursos naturales.
