Haciéndonos concientizar que debemos aplicar más estos métodos para poder retribuir un poco al medio ambiente ya que tanto nos ha brindado él, haciéndonos ver que hay métodos desde muy simples que es como ahorrar agua, tener espacios iluminados y ventilados naturalmente durante el día, espacios interiores con confort utilizando materiales que nos ayudan a tener los interiores cálidos y frescos dependiendo la época. Por ultimo encontraran un proyecto completo de intervención anexando un sistema de paneles fotovoltaicos que producen suficiente energía, demostrando que el consumo energético es tan bajo. Siendo una de las mejores inversiones que podemos realizar hoy en día. La idea de esta tesis es compartir la investigación sobre una casa habitación, que con el paso de los años la han modificado para llegar hacer un espacio de atención al cliente; que brinda un servicio los 365 días del año y que, así como este hay muchos en Morelia que los remodelan conforme a las necesidades de los usuarios, pero son muy pocos los que piensan en una intervención ecológica o sustentable en su edificio.
