The project of the Multifunctional Center for the Arts, Points of Sale and urban image improvement in the municipality of Mineral de Angangueo in the state of Michoacán, arises in the absence of spaces that can adapt to the multiple activities and needs of the various sectors of the population, giving opportunity to carry out activities such as cultural, educational, social, economic and tourist nature, among others. Culture becomes the central axis in this project, since workshop spaces are proposed, which have the thermo-acoustic preparations that users require, implementing technologies and solutions of low cost and that also allow us to incorporate the project into the natural and urban context, by making use of materials, shapes, colors and textures of the place. With the creation of the Points of Sale, it is proposed to organize and give defined space to the semi-mobile trade that is currently carried out in the public square. This not only seeks to provide services and health services to users, but is incorporated into the image of the magical town of Angangueo. Another issue addressed in this project is the creation of a public parking lot in the eastern and northern part of the project, which will not only give service and order to the users of the Multifunctional Center and the Points of Sale, it is also presented as a solution to the current problem of the space since we can find the Municipal Auditorium on the same area, which presents a lack of its own parking lot, so it forces its assistants to park on most occasions in the public square, generating property damage. This project is proposed as a global and viable response to the problems that currently cloud the image and formation of the Angangueo Mineral population.
El proyecto del Centro Multifuncional para las Artes, Puntos de Venta y mejoramiento de imagen urbana en el municipio de Mineral de Angangueo en el estado de Michoacán, surge ante la ausencia de espacios que puedan adecuarse a las múltiples actividades y necesidades de los diversos sectores de la población, dando oportunidad de realizar actividades de carácter cultural, educativo, social, económico y turístico, entre otros. La cultura se torna el eje central en este proyecto, ya que se proponen espacios de talleres, los cuales cuentan con las preparaciones termo-acústicas que los usuarios requieran, implementando tecnologías y soluciones de bajo costo y que además nos permitan incorporar el proyecto al contexto natural y urbano, al hacer uso de materiales, formas, colores y texturas propias del lugar. Con la creación de los Puntos de Venta, se propone organizar y dar espacio definido al comercio semi ambulante que actualmente se lleva a cabo en la plaza pública, con esto no solo se busca dotar de servicios y sanitarios a los usuarios, sino que, se incorpora a la imagen del pueblo mágico de Angangueo. Otro tema que se aborda en éste proyecto es la creación de un estacionamiento púbico en la parte este y norte del proyecto, el cual, no sólo dará servicio y orden a los usuarios del Centro Multifuncional y los Puntos de Venta, también se presenta como una solución a la problemática actual del espacio ya que en él se encuentra el Auditorio Municipal, éste último carece de estacionamiento propio, por lo que obliga a sus asistentes a estacionarse en la mayoría de las ocasiones en la plaza pública, generando daños al patrimonio. Este proyecto se propone como una respuesta global y viable a los problemas que actualmente nublan la imagen y formación de la población de Mineral de Angangueo.
