The present document exposes the situation of the metropolitan area of Morelia, Michoacán, showing the growth factors of the area, thereby increasing mobility through public transportation systems that communicate and guarantee the operation, operability and development of the city, but there are elements that limit growth such as the lack of spaces that guarantee the regulation of transport in this area causing lack of control, poor accessibility and a bad stay for the user of this service. The objective of studying this topic is to offer users of transportation in the Morelia metropolitan area, a place where there is a regulation between the routes. When carrying out this research, an architectural project is proposed, which is strategically located and functions as a route link and guarantees the growth of the area, through the design, reducing pollution to the environment and meeting the needs of users. Thanks to the architecture, it is possible to create places where the functionality of a site is of paramount importance for different populations and society in general solving problems on a larger, urban scale. El documento presente expone la situación de la zona metropolitana de Morelia, Michoacán, mostrando los factores de crecimiento de la zona, con ello el aumento de movilidad mediante los sistemas de trasporte público que comunican y garantizan el funcionamiento, operatividad y desarrollo de la ciudad, pero existen elementos que limitan el crecimiento como la carencia de espacios que garanticen la regulación del trasporte en esta zona ocasionando descontrol, mala accesibilidad y una mala estancia para el usuario de este servicio. El objetivo de estudio de este tema, es ofrecer a los usuarios del trasporte de la zona metropolitana de Morelia, un lugar que exista una regulación entre las rutas. Al realizar esta investigación se plantea un proyecto arquitectónico, que se encuentre estratégicamente y funcione como enlace de rutas y garantice el crecimiento de la zona, mediante el diseño disminuir la contaminación al medio ambiente y satisfacer las necesidades de los usuarios. Gracias a la arquitectura, se logra crear lugares donde la funcionalidad de un sitio es de suma importancia para diferentes poblaciones y la sociedad en general resolviendo problemáticas a una escala mayor, urbana. Al identificar la situación de la zona metropolitana se crea un proyecto arquitectónico de una central de autobuses que ofrecerá espacios que contribuyan en resolver los problemas de organización y movilidad, agregando a ello mejorar el nivel de vida y satisfacer las necesidades los usuarios pertenecientes a este servicio.
