What is presented in this document is the architect and executive stay for the elderly in Churintzio, Michoacán project, in which a problem has been presented where it seems the elderly have no designated place to stay. All social, Urban, and cultural characteristics of Churintzio were taken to form this realization. An analysis was carried out on the site where the project would be constructed, the needs of the users were also analyzed, which were what generated this architectural project which would later on be carried out and finished as an executive project.
En este documento se presenta el proyecto arquitectónico y ejecutivo de la Estancia para el Adulto Mayor en Churintzio Michoacán, en el cual se abordaron las problemáticas por las cuales atraviesan los adultos mayores al no tener un lugar destinado para ellos, también se tomaron encuentra todas las características sociales, urbanas y culturales del municipio de Churintzio para la realización de este. Se realizó un análisis al predio destinado para la construcción del proyecto, también se analizaron las necesidades de los usuarios, lo que genero un proyecto arquitectónico para después terminar con un proyecto ejecutivo.
