Museo de arte urbano en Morelia, Mich.

Abstract

The next thesis project proposes the creation of an urban art museum in Morelia, Michoacan. The project emerges of the participative architecture, considering the artistic population with participative meetings to listen their needs and adequate to the correct functioning of the space starting from an existing building that is actually without of use for years ago for the creation of new artistic areas of exposition and production, and the restauration of the building. Considering regulations, rules and restorations to the building, as well as the harmony with the context, it is intended to implement this proposal so that it works properly and attracts the attention of both urban artists and society in general. Creating a new concept in the city of Morelia, fomenting the culture, and the social participation.

El siguiente proyecto de tesis propone la creación de un museo de arte urbano en Morelia, Michoacán. El proyecto surge de la arquitectura participativa, tomando en cuenta directamente a la población artística mediante reuniones participativas para escuchar sus necesidades y adecuarnos así al correcto funcionamiento del espacio a partir de un edificio existente actualmente sin ningún uso ya desde hace muchos años atrás, para la creación de áreas artísticas nuevas de exposición y producción, así como la restauración de dicho edificio. Considerando reglamentos, normas y restauraciones al edificio, así como la armonía con el contexto, se pretende implementar esta propuesta de manera que funcione correctamente y atraiga la atención tanto de los artistas urbanos y la sociedad en general. Se crea así un nuevo concepto en la ciudad de Morelia, fomentando la cultura, la participación social.
