Abstract

The content of this work will be based on a research project which can demonstrate and help solve a social problem, of a municipality, the project is Workshops and Exhibition Rooms of pottery pieces in Zinapécuaro Michoacán its content will be based on the following points. Selection of a land: First of all, we will look for a land through digital media, Google Earth, in order to select several and choose one, and then make a field visit to obtain photographs of the place and necessary information. Climate Data: With the help of the Meteonor, Ecotec and Sunchat program, everything related to the climate will be investigated, by means of solar graphs, rainfall, dominant winds, etc., in order to find a solution for the orientations of the spaces. Research on the social framework: Do a previous investigation on the user to know the social class, their religion, traditions, cultures etc. in order to define the environment of the place. Investigation of similar cases: Similar cases, look for similar projects to analyze them, see circulations, hallways, orientations, facades, and make application conclusions, as well as the review of analogous cases that are not precisely workshops or exhibition halls. Study of areas: The study of areas will have a very important role since for the type of project to be carried out, field visits will be needed as it is a social project and more than anything a project with society. Land Referential Framework: Once the land is obtained, primary and secondary roads, materials, as well as public transport, street widths and trees will be analyzed. Infrastructure: Make a previous investigation on the equipment of our land, as well as tables of urban equipment, and its accessibility, either by tables or on a map where these characteristics are shown. Architectonic program: Already doing the research and revising the regulations, an architectural program will be proposed that suits the required spaces of our workshop center and exhibition halls.

El contenido de este trabajo se basará en un proyecto de investigación el cual pueda demostrar y ayudar a resolver una problemática social, de un municipio, el proyecto es Talleres y Salas de exposición de piezas de alfarería en Zinapécuaro Michoacán su contenido estará basado en los siguientes puntos. Selección de un terreno: Primero que nada, se buscara un terreno por medio de medios digitales, Google Earth, para así poder seleccionar varios y elegir uno, para después hacer una visita de campo para obtener fotografías del lugar e información necesaria. Datos Climatológicos: Con la ayuda del programa Meteonor, Ecotec y Sunchat se investigará todo lo relacionado con el clima, por medio de graficas solares, precipitación pluvial, vientos dominantes, etc., para así poder buscar una solución para las orientaciones de los espacios. Investigación sobre el marco social: Hacer una previa investigación sobre el usuario para saber la clase social, su religión, tradiciones, culturas etc. para así poder definir el entorno del lugar. Investigación de casos análogos: Casos análogos, buscar proyectos parecidos analizarlos, ver circulaciones, vestíbulos, orientaciones, fachadas, y hacer conclusiones aplicativas, así como la revisión de casos análogos que no sean precisamente talleres o salas de exposiciones. Estudio de áreas: El estudio de áreas tendrá un papel muy importante ya que para el tipo de proyecto que se realizara, se necesitaran visitas de campo al ser un proyecto social y más que nada un proyecto con la sociedad. Marco Referencial del terreno: Una vez obtenido el terreno se analizarán, vialidades primarias y secundarias, materiales, así como el transporte público, anchos de calles y arbolamientos. Infraestructura: Hacer una previa investigación sobre el equipamiento de nuestro terreno, así como tablas del equipamiento urbano, y su accesibilidad, ya sean por tablas o en un mapa en donde se muestren estas características. Programa Arquitectónico: Ya haciendo las investigaciones y revisado los reglamentos, se propondrá un programa arquitectónico que se adecue a los espacios requeridos de nuestro centro de talleres y salas de exposición.
