Abstract

In this thesis document, the avocado processing and packing plant explains the problems that were detected during the investigation as well as the social and economic identification that Angahuan Michoacán finds, so that this was the creation of this project and look for how to counteract those problems that were detected. The document has the research protocol and also 5 chapters and annexes. In the protocol it explains the problem as well as project objectives, definition of the topic and most importantly the justification of the project design avocado processing and packing plant, since what is proposed in the project is that it is generating jobs and friendly with the environment. In chapter I he explains the historical background of the place and also the historical background of the avocado the annual production percentages is where it was detected that it was a young market and tendency to grow more. In the other chapters geography is explained in more detail the study of the terrain as the analogous cases, projects that were visited during the investigation, in the same way it also explains the regulations that were analyzed for a better design of this project. As the processing is also widely explained and the best option was selected, it is there where the analogous cases come in to choose the best option.

En el presente documentó de tesis, de la planta procesadora y empacadora de aguacate explica las problemáticas que se detectaron durante la investigación, así como la identificación social y económica que se encuentra Angahuan Michoacán, de tal manera que así fue la creación de este proyecto y buscar la manera de contrarrestar esas problemáticas que se detectaron. En el documento cuenta con el protocoló de la investigación y además 5 capítulos y anexos. En el protocolo nos explica la problemática, así como objetivos de proyecto, definición del tema y lo más importante la justificación del diseño de proyecto planta procesadora y empacadora de aguacate, ya que lo que se propone en el proyecto es que sea generadora de empleos y amigable con el medio ambiente. En el capítulo I nos explica los antecedentes históricos del lugar y también los antecedentes históricos del aguacate los porcentajes de producción anuales es ahí donde se detectó que era un mercado joven y tendencia a crecer más. En los demás capítulos se explica de la manera más detallada la geografía el estudio del terreno como los casos análogos, proyectos que se visitaron durante la investigación, de mismo modo se explica también los reglamentos que se analizaron para un mejor diseño de este proyecto.
