The project "Implementation of Integral Services in the University Campus" will be an establishment that will assist the entire university community, the main users of the project will be the student population, However, because administrative and teaching staff also reside within the university campus, they will serve as secondary users who will receive the same services. The project will be developed in Modules, where three different services will be offered, which belong to the trade and health genres. These modules will be located throughout the university campus, because the main purpose of the project is to integrate the services with the university life that develops every day. The services to be offered in the modules are derived from the basic needs of the users, as well as from the tables of SEDESOL where the normative systems of equipment for a State university are dictated, therefore through a study of regulations and laws, it was concluded to implement a cafeteria, a copy center and a medical service, in three independent buildings that create the whole module with a unique design that can be doubled as many times as necessary on campus. The viability of the project stems from the proposal of the Urban Planning Commission of the University of Michoacana due to the growth that the campus has had from its foundation to the present, taking into account the needs of the community. The use and operation of the project is designed to benefit the university population of Morelia and other municipalities in the state of Michoacán, as the module covers the basic needs of users and adapts to the climatology of the site.
El proyecto “Implementación de Servicios Integrales en el Campus Universitario” será un establecimiento que asista a toda la comunidad universitaria, los usuarios principales del proyecto serán la población estudiantil, sin embargo, debido a que dentro del campus universitario también reside personal administrativo y docente estos fungirán como usuarios secundarios que recibirán los mismos servicios. El proyecto se desarrollará en Módulos, donde se ofrecerán tres servicios diferentes, los cuales pertenecen a los géneros de comercio y salud. Estos módulos se ubicarán por todo el campus universitario, debido a que, el principal propósito del proyecto es integrar los servicios con la vida universitaria que se desarrolla cada día. Los servicios que se ofrecerán en los módulos se desprenden de las necesidades básicas de los usuarios, así como también de las tablas de SEDESOL en donde se dictan los sistemas normativos de equipamiento para una universidad Estatal, por lo tanto mediante un estudio de los reglamentos y las leyes, se llegó a la conclusión de implementar una cafetería, un centro de copiado y un servicio médico, en tres edificaciones independientes que crean el conjunto del módulo con un diseño único que podrá duplicarse las veces que sea necesario dentro del campus. La viabilidad del proyecto se desprende desde la propuesta de la Comisión de Planeación Urbana de la Universidad Michoacana debido al crecimiento que ha tenido el campus desde su fundación hasta el presente, teniendo en cuenta las necesidades de la comunidad. El uso y funcionamiento del proyecto está diseñado para beneficiar a la población universitaria de Morelia y otros municipios del estado de Michoacán, ya que el módulo cubre las necesidades básicas de los usuarios y se adapta a la climatología del lugar.
