Abstract

According to the human development index, Mexico could be placed among the first places of the medal table of the Olympic Games due to its demographic density, but the reality is different in the country, there is a lack of sports places, schemes, norms and instructions for planning, creation and operation of sport infrastructure. This architectural field pretends to combat crime using sports spaces so that young people do not present problems of crime and alcoholism; also trying to lower the percentage of obesity in the country since 97% of the population has a sedentary lifestyle and thus promote healthy habits that improve the quality of life of citizens and with the intention of stimulating young people we would obtain high performance athletes with the competitive level to represent the country. This is how a sports center in the east of the state of Michoacán, in Ciudad Hidalgo, is proposed, since the sports spaces affected in the town are at risk and abandoned and in turn lacks facilities to play multiple sports and those that exist are from the private sector, also housing neighboring towns. In the following pages we will find the sport history of the city, we will see the chronicle of some athletes who became famous thanks to sports, we will analyze the origin of sports buildings in Greece, Rome and Mexico and we will see their evolution up to our times. We will observe the different codes and protocols that support the proposed solution and the justification of the project from the point of view of the different rules applied to the city of Hidalgo, we will see the analysis of the physical environment where the property is located, we will examine the natural characteristics, its geographic location within the Mexican territory and the topographic and climatological characteristics. Finally, the functional organization and architectural plans of the project to be executed will be shown.

Según el índice de desarrollo humano, México podría estar situado en los primeros lugares del medallero de los juegos olímpicos por su densidad demográfica, pero la realidad es otra en el país hay una inexistencia de espacios deportivos, esquemas, normas e instrucciones para la planificación, creación y operación de instalaciones deportivas. Con este campo de la arquitectura se busca combatir la delincuencia usando espacios deportivos para que los jóvenes no presenten problemas de delincuencia y alcoholismo; buscando también bajar el porcentaje de obesidad en el país ya que el 97% de la población tiene un ritmo de vida sedentario y así promover hábitos saludables que mejoren la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos y con la intensión de estimular a los jóvenes obtendríamos deportistas de alto rendimiento con el nivel competitivo para representar al país. Es así como se propone un centro deportivo en el oriente del estado de Michoacán, en la localidad de Ciudad Hidalgo, ya que los espacios deportivos existentes en el municipio se encuentran en deterioro y abandono y a su vez carece de instalaciones para desempeñarse en varios deportes y las que hay son de sector privado, albergando también a las localidades vecinas. En las siguientes paginas encontraremos la historia deportiva del municipio, veremos la crónica de algunos atletas que se hicieron famosos gracias al deporte, analizaremos el origen de las edificaciones deportivas en Grecia, Roma y México y veremos su evolución hasta nuestros tiempos. Observaremos los diferentes códigos y reglamentos que respaldan la solución propuesta y justificación del proyecto desde el punto de vista de las diferentes normatividades aplicadas al municipio de Hidalgo, veremos el análisis del medio físico donde se encuentra el predio, examinaremos las características naturales, su localización geográfica dentro del territorio mexicano y las características topográficas y climatológicas. Por último, se mostrará la organización funcional y los planos arquitectónicos del proyecto a ejecutar.
