Centro gastronómico artesanal en la tenencia de Capula situada en el estado de Michoacán

Abstract

This document contains the proposal for an Artisan Gastronomic Center in the Capula Michoacán Tenure. Which has an intense artisanal and gastronomic activity that develops there and fills with life throughout the year. Furthermore, to cover their patronal feast, the potters have organized a craft contest for many years, where they reward the best work and you can find a wide variety of Mexican cuisine with the good flavor of the inhabitants of the Tenure. The Artisan Gastronomic Center is a space destined to solve the problems generated in the Tenure, which is the lack of a space for the sale and consumption of the products of the tenants ranging from handicrafts to gastronomy. Carrying out an analysis of the context, it is decided to generate a contemporary and vernacular architecture, taking a little of these two architectural styles, it takes up something of the two based on the traditions and construction materials that make the Tenure unique, without leaving out the implementation of systems and technology of the present time and as for the form it looks for that it is a geometric space, that allows to play with simple geometric volumes; so that the integration and acceptance of the project by the tenants is achieved.

Este documento contiene la propuesta de un Centro Gastronómico Artesanal en la Tenencia de Capula Michoacán. El cual tiene una intensa actividad artesanal y gastronómica que ahí se desarrolla y se llena de vida durante todo el año. Más aún, para revestir su fiesta patronal, los alfareros organizan desde hace muchos años un concurso artesanal, donde premian el mejor trabajo y se puede encontrar una gran variedad de gastronomía mexicana con el buen sazón de los habitantes de la Tenencia. El Centro Gastronómico Artesanal es un espacio destinado para resolver la problemática generada en la Tenencia, que es la falta de un espacio para la venta y consumo de los productos de los locatarios que van desde artesanías hasta gastronomía. Realizando un análisis del contexto se opta por generar una arquitectura contemporánea y vernácula, tomando un poco de estos dos estilos arquitectónicos, se retoma algo de los dos basándonos en las tradiciones y materiales constructivos que hacen único a la Tenencia, sin dejar de fuera la implementación de sistemas y tecnología de la actualidad y en cuanto a la forma se busca que sea un espacio geométrico, que permita jugar con volúmenes geométricos simples; para que así se logre la integración y aceptación del proyecto por parte de los locatarios.
