In the following document, we will talk about the issues that are faced when we are trying to solve a project that satisfies the needs of every individual. We have as a main objective solving the conflict that is generated by the informal market that affects the pedestrian and road traffic, it also affects the correct way of using comerce, the urban image and the users. In the first place, we have the conceptual framework, where its explained, described and defined with more detailed, the place, surroundings and the county itself. With the objective of being used and interpreted for the development and performance of the project, in this path, we reach the methodological approach where you can find the rules and norms that in this document are entioned to delimit the structural aspects that are included in the design. Also, similar spaces are reviewed which are presented with the objective of comparing the aspects of the buildings may be helpful in this situation. On the other side, there is a chart where the steps and activities are included to support the correct design of this building specifically, describing step for step the activities to realize prior the project. The diagram that is used to identify the use of the building and charts where the needs of the users are mentioned. Finally, we have as a result the design and presentation of the project "New Marketplace in the city of Zitácuaro Michoacán"
En el presente documento se presenta la posible solución a una problemática real que se genera por el comercio informal en el primer cuadro de la ciudad de Zitácuaro Michoacán donde principalmente afecta el tránsito peatonal y vehicular, también afecta el correcto funcionamiento del mercado, la imagen urbana y sobre todo a los usuarios y transeúntes, tenemos como principal objetivo solucionar el conflicto generado en este espacio en particular ya que al ser parte del primer cuadro de la ciudad es de suma importancia y sobre todo de gran urgencia. En primer lugar, tenemos el marco teórico donde se explica, describe y define más a detalle el sitio, lugar, alrededores y en si el municipio esto con la finalidad de ser usado e interpretado para el desarrollo y creación del proyecto, así mismo llegamos al marco metodológico donde se toman en cuenta los reglamentos y normativas que en este documento se citan para delimitar los aspectos arquitectónicos que se incluirán en el diseño, también se analizan espacios similares al que se presenta con fines de comparar que aspectos de esos edificios nos pueden ser de ayuda. Por otro lado, se elabora una tabla donde se incluyen los pasos, actividades y apoyos para el correcto diseño del edificio en particular, describiendo paso a paso las actividades a realizar antes del proyecto, los diagramas que se usan para zonificar, para identificar el funcionamiento del edificio y tablas donde se muestran las necesidades de los usuarios. Finalmente tenemos como resultado el diseño y presentación del proyecto “Nuevo Mercado Municipal en Zitácuaro Michoacán”
