Centro de desarrollo integral infantil en Villas del Pedregal Morelia Michoacán

Abstract

Nurseries or children's stays are institutions focused on childcare and care. This thesis presents a Cedii "Center for Integral Child Development" with the name "Colorete" that is aimed at supporting low-income parents who have the need to leave their children in the care of third parties in order to study or Work. The project is proposed for the fractionation Villas del Pedregal in Morelia, Michoacán, as it has been having a great growth in recent years, and that it does not have the necessary equipment for the population. The selected property is located on the 171st block at the 4th stage of the Villas del Pedregal fractionation in Morelia, Michoacán. Las guarderías o estancias infantiles son instituciones enfocadas al cuidado y atención infantil. Tomando en cuenta que paralelamente en el crecimiento de un niño, los hábitos de enseñanza aprendizaje se van modificando por lo que el niño adquiere conocimientos que lo iniciaran en la autosuficiencia y la independencia respecto al adulto. Esta tesis presenta un Cedii “Centro de Desarrollo Integral Infantil” con el nombre de “Colorete” que está dirigido para apoyar a los padres de familia de bajos recursos que tienen la necesidad de dejar al cuidado de terceras personas a sus hijos para poder estudiar o trabajar. El Proyecto se propone para el fraccionamiento Villas del Pedregal en Morelia, Michoacán, ya que ha ido teniendo un gran crecimiento en los últimos años, y que no cuenta con el equipamiento necesario para la población. El predio seleccionado se localiza en la manzana 171 en la 4ta etapa del fraccionamiento Villas del Pedregal en Morelia, Michoacán. Al sureste Entre las calles Molibdeno, calle 6 Oriente, la calle 8 y la calle 8ª cda. Con una superficie de 5622.70 mts2 El Cedii Se dividió la atención hacia los infantes en 3, aulas para lactantes de (45 días a 1 año 6 meses), maternales (7 meses a 3 años 11 meses) y preescolares (4 a 5 años 11 meses) para generar un plantel educativo que cumple con las normas educativas existentes como lo es este proyecto. Las áreas que tomé en cuenta para la realización del proyecto las obtuve comparando las que por norma nos da el IMSS, SEDESOL, el REGLAMENTO DE CONSTRUCCIÓN PARA EL DISTRITO FEDERAL, REGLAMENTO DE CONSTRUCCIÓN DEL ESTADO DE MICHOACÁN FEDERAL y los Casos análogos en lo que me basé para dicho proyecto. Tomando en cuenta las condicionantes climáticas del terreno propuesto. Generando espacios que fueran funcionales, cómodos y seguros para los infantes con una volumetría que jugara con diferentes alturas y que hiciera uso del color.
