Hospital general en Erongarícuaro Michoacán

Abstract

This thesis project consists of the design of a General Hospital, its conception is born according to the need for health, currently new diseases have arisen and re-emerged in recent years that have caused a high percentage of mortality in the country, this has conceived that hospitals begin to saturate and medical care is insufficient for patients in the population of the state of Michoacán. A public infrastructure of a General Hospital is proposed in the municipality of Erongarícuaro Michoacán belonging to the IMSS, considering that currently in the municipality it only has two facilities in the health sector, which is the IMSS Clinic in San Francisco Uricho and the Organización de Mujeres Aliadas AC in the town of Erongarícuaro. Both institutions are not in a condition of a medical infrastructure, in addition to being scarce for the care of the municipality and nearby towns. It is an innovative construction of a hospital with organic shapes that is composed of two circumferences with radius of 26m, which carry a smaller circumference of 12mradius that goes from one end to the center of the larger circumference. Mainly, an executive project is exposed in which the standards were followed and each of the systems was investigated, materials that guarantee a useful life processes that solve the needs that it presents and are also reflected in the form comfort and function of the building. Interpreting all the methodology that was carried out for the solution of the Project raised to the drawing and later take it to the execution.

El presente proyecto de Tesis consiste en el diseño de un Hospital General su concepción nace de acuerdo a la necesidad de salud, actualmente han surgido y resurgido en los últimos años nuevas enfermedades que ha provocado un alto porcentaje de mortalidad en el país, esto ha concebido que los hospitales comiencen a saturarse y la atención medica sea insuficiente para los pacientes de la población del estado de Michoacán. Se plantea una infraestructura pública de un Hospital General en el municipio de Erongarícuaro Michoacán perteneciente al IMSS, considerando que actualmente en el municipio sólo cuenta con dos instalaciones del sector salud que es la Clínica del IMSS en San Francisco Uricho y la Organización de Mujeres Aliadas AC en la localidad de Erongarícuaro. Ambas instituciones no están en condiciones de una infraestructura de carácter médico, además de que son escasos para la atención del municipio y las localidades cercanas. Es una construcción innovadora de un hospital con formas orgánicas que se compone de dos circunferencias con radio de 26m, que llevan una circunferencia más pequeña de 12 m de radio que va de un extremo al centro de la circunferencia mayor. Principalmente se expone un proyecto de carácter ejecutivo en el que se siguieron las normas y se investigaron cada uno de los sistemas, materiales que garanticen una vida útil, procesos que dan solución a las necesidades que este presenta y así mismo se reflejan en la forma, confort y la función del edificio. Interpretando toda la metodología que se llevó acabo para la solución del proyecto planteado al dibujo y posteriormente llevarlo a la ejecución.
