The thesis project presented in the following document aims to obtain the degree in architecture from the Faculty of Architecture of the Universidad Michoacana (FAUM). Housing evolves over time, from the most basic and ephemeral to the most complicated and durable. As a way of use throughout history it has had transformations, such as climate protection space delimitation, intimacy in homes or it can be an art form in an aesthetic context. In the historic center of Morelia, the homes were originally built with thick walls of around thirty centimeters with central courtyards, mostly at a single level but with a height of at least three meters. In (TARU) Rur-urban action workshop a study was made within the historic center. During the course we obtained information in the field through a survey of land use and the application of surveys to the population that inhabits the historic center, with a representativeness of 9.45%. The presented project consists of the redensification of inhabitants of the historic center of Morelia, in the state of Michoacán de Ocampo through departments, focused on current families, thought for the future.
El proyecto de tesis presentado en el siguiente documento tiene como objetivo obtener el título de licenciado en arquitectura de la Facultad de Arquitectura de la Universidad Michoacana (FAUM). La vivienda evoluciona a lo largo del tiempo, desde lo más básico y efímero hasta lo más complicado y duradero. A manera de usos a lo largo de la historia ha tenido transformaciones, como son la protección, del clima, la delimitación de espacios, la intimidad en las viviendas o bien puede ser a manera de arte en un contexto estético. En el centro histórico de Morelia las viviendas originalmente fueron edificadas con muros gruesos de alrededor de treinta centímetros con patios centrales, en su gran mayoría a un solo nivel, pero con una altura de tres metros como mínimo. En (TARU) Taller de acción rur-urbana se hizo un estudio dentro del centro histórico. Durante el curso obtuvimos información en campo por medio de un levantamiento de uso de suelo y la aplicación de encuestas a la población que habita el centro histórico, con una representatividad del 9.45%. El proyecto presentado consiste en la re-densificación de habitantes del centro histórico de Morelia, en el estado de Michoacán de Ocampo por medio de departamentos, enfocados en familias actuales, pensado en el futuro.
