Abstract

Uruapan Michoacán is an entity in which activities of a cultural, social and economic nature are carried out, carried out throughout the year, so it is common to attend events in which all the people of the city and many others from all over the region. Therefore, there is talk of a problem since in most cases the places destined for events do not meet the necessary characteristics to support the large number of people. The project presents a solution to this problem since an architectural project capable of fulfilling the characteristics, that is, strategically designed spaces, and totally multifunctional has been designed. In addition to having a striking design for the area, there is talk of an enclosure with modern architecture and friendly to the environment, its large windows greatly help in reducing electricity consumption, without neglecting the rainwater system that make the most of the water to irrigate the green areas that make up the project. The basis of the project is the ephemeral architecture since the spaces were planned with the ability to be modified at the moment depending on the situation that requires it. There's also talk of a selection of premium quality materials from the base to the finishing touches of the design. One of the most important points to highlight is the design adapted to all the needs of users, prioritizing the needs of people with disabilities of any kind, that is, elevators, ramps, special stations, special bathrooms, etc. Thus complying with the needs of all people, which makes the architectural project the best alternative to solve the problems that arise in the city.

Uruapan Michoacán es una entidad en la que se llevan a cabo actividades de carácter cultural, social y económico, realizadas a lo largo del año por lo que es común asistir a eventos en los que al igual, asisten todas las personas de la ciudad y muchas otras de toda la región. Por tanto se habla de una problemática puesto que en la mayoría de las ocasiones los lugares destinados para los eventos no cumplen con las características necesarias para soportar el gran cúmulo de personas. El proyecto presenta una solución a dicha problemática ya que se ha diseñado un proyecto arquitectónico capaz de cumplir con las características, es decir, espacios estratégicamente diseñados, y totalmente multifuncionales. Además de contar con un diseño llamativo para la zona, se habla de un recinto con arquitectura moderna y amigable con el ambiente, sus grandes ventanales ayudan por mucho en la reducción del consumo de energía eléctrica, sin dejar de lado el sistema de agua pluvial que aprovecha lo mayor posible el agua para el riego de las áreas verdes que conforman el proyecto. La base del proyecto es la arquitectura efímera ya que se planificaron los espacios con la capacidad de ser modificados al momento dependiendo de la situación que lo requiera. Se habla también de una selección de materiales de calidad premiun desde la base hasta los toques finales del diseño. Uno de los puntos más importantes a destacar es el diseño adaptado a todas las necesidades de los usuarios, tomando prioridad las necesidades de personas con discapacidades de cualquier tipo, es decir, elevadores, rampas, estaciones especiales, baños especiales, etc. Cumpliendo así con las necesidades de todas las personas, lo que hace que el proyecto arquitectónico sea la mejor alternativa para resolver la problemática que se presenta en la ciudad.
