Abstract

In this thesis, the proposal for a Fire Station in the city of Morelia Michoacán is developed, which will be located towards the exit to Quiroga. In the city of Morelia, only the Central de Autobuses Fire Station operates, for a city with almost one million inhabitants, the other remaining stations are out of service due to problems of space capacity in the buildings. The document contains all the information necessary to carry out the project. Collecting information from the field and websites and previously analyzed to have sufficient knowledge and understanding of the subject, thereby solving the problem of an architectural space dedicated to protection and prevention. At the time of projecting the architectural spaces of the project, all the information collected such as the regulations and standards that govern this type of construction were taken into account, taking into account its urban and climatic context, the needs of the users, all these elements being key for the execution of a good project and a comfortable building.

En la presente tesis se desarrolla la propuesta de Estación de Bomberos en la ciudad de Morelia Michoacán, la cual será ubicada hacia salida a Quiroga. En la ciudad de Morelia únicamente opera la estación de Bomberos de la Central de Autobuses, para una ciudad con casi un millón de habitantes, las otras estaciones restantes están fuera de servicio por problemas de capacidad espacial en los inmuebles. El documento contiene toda la información necesaria para llevar a cabo el proyecto. Recopilando información de campo y sitios web y se analizó previamente para tener el conocimiento y compresión suficiente del tema, con ello resolver la problemática de un espacio arquitectónico dedicado a la protección y prevención. Al momento de proyectar los espacios arquitectónicos del proyecto, se tomaron en cuenta toda la información recopilada como los reglamentos y normativas que rigen este tipo de construcción, tomando en cuenta su contexto urbano y climático, las necesidades de los usuarios, siendo todos estos elementos claves para la ejecución de un buen proyecto y un edificio confortable.
