La estación de tren de Panindícuaro proyecto de restauración y rehabilitación

Abstract

After the abandonment of the railroad heritage in its use as a public transport system at the end of the 20th century in Mexico, the railway stations were left without working, leaving their fate without care or maintenance, consequently suffering from deterioration and alterations, in addition to presenting problems of insecurity and trespassing in the areas where you are are located; This thesis presents the restoration project as well as the rehabilitation project for a new use of the station located in the municipality of Panindícuaro, Michoacán; having as main design strategies, the reinterpretation of elements observed in the region, the use of materials and construction systems used in the area, the creation of public spaces that generate meeting points and coexistence between the population and the police force.

Tras el abandono del patrimonio ferrocarilero en su uso como sistema de transporte público a finales del siglo XX en México, las estaciones de ferrocarril quedaron sin funcionar, dejándose a su suerte sin cuidado ni mantenimiento, por consecuente sufriendo de deterioros y alteraciones, además de presentar problemas de inseguridad y allanamiento en las zonas donde estás se localizan; la presente tesis presenta el proyecto de restauración así como de rehabilitación para un nuevo uso de la estación ubicada en el municipio de Panindícuaro, Michoacán; teniendo como principales estrategias de diseño, la reinterpretación de elementos observados en la región, la utilización de materiales y sistemas constructivos usados en la zona, la creación de espacios públicos que generen puntos de encuentro y convivencia entre la población y el cuerpo policíaco.
