Desarrollo habitacional interés social en Peribán de Ramos, Michoacán

Abstract

The present work is a housing subdivision project for the municipality of Peribán de Ramos; With which it seeks to solve the problem of lack of social housing in the region, where, as a result of accelerated social and economic growth, they are increasingly necessary for municipal families. The housing backwardness that is being generated in the locality with the immigration of people from the Sierra Purépecha and surrounding communities; the increase in human capital leads to the need for projects of this quality where optimal spaces are required to counteract the low supply of housing in the municipality. The project of "Housing Development in the municipality of Peribán de Ramos" for the Huerta de Mangos Civil Association, A.C., trying to solve the need for housing, was grouped and acquired a property for this purpose. In this way, it will be possible to create a new subdivision to help satisfy part of the needs of the society in continuous growth, as reflected in this municipality, where the accelerated economic development of the region has been observed. Counting on data provided by the National Population Council CONAPO and statistical data from the National Institute of Statistics, Geography and Information INEGI; The most recent data from the INEGI 2020 Population and Housing Census are presented to obtain information and population estimates.

El presente trabajo es un proyecto de fraccionamiento habitacional para el municipio de Peribán de Ramos; con el cual se busca dar solución a la problemática de falta de vivienda de interés social en la región, donde, como resultado del acelerado crecimiento social y económico son cada vez más necesarias para las familias de municipio. El rezago habitacional que se va generando en la localidad con la inmigración de personas de la Sierra Purépecha y comunidades aledañas; el aumento del capital humano conlleva a la necesidad de proyectos de esta calidad donde se requieren espacios óptimos para contrarrestar la baja oferta de vivienda en el municipio. El proyecto del “Desarrollo Habitacional en el municipio de Peribán de Ramos” para la Asociación Civil Huerta de Mangos, A.C., procurando resolver la necesidad de vivienda, se agrupó y adquirió un predio para tal fin. De esta manera se permitirá crear un nuevo fraccionamiento para contribuir a satisfacer parte de las necesidades de la sociedad en continuo crecimiento como lo refleja este municipio donde se ha podido observar el acelerado desarrollo económico de la región. Contando con datos proporcionados por el Consejo Nacional de Población CONAPO y datos estadísticos del Instituto Nacional de Estadística, Geografía e Información INEGI; se presentan los datos más recientes del Censo de Población y vivienda INEGI 2020 para obtener información y estimaciones poblacionales.
