Parque ecorural en San Vicente Munguía, Gto.

Abstract

Through an analysis, investigation and detection of an underutilized green area, the design of an architectural-landscape project is carried out, known as the San Vicente Mungia Eco-Natural Park, Guanajuato, on the shores of the Solís dam. The project seeks to help - contribute to improve the conditions of the natural space by taking advantage of and integrating the physicogeographic and cultural characteristics of the region and once it generates an important source of employment and a boost to the economy and tourism of the municipality. This project is governed by the principles of sustainability, application of eco-technologies, use of the natural and material resources of the region, care for the environment and adaptation to the natural and urban context. Due to the magnitude of the project, it is worth mentioning that for thesis work purposes only the lodging area of the rural park area will be developed, one of the four areas shown in the master plan.

Mediante un análisis, investigación y detección de un área verde subutilizada, se realiza la propuesta de diseño de un proyecto arquitectónico- paisajístico, denominado Parque eco rural San Vicente Munguía, Guanajuato, en las orillas de la presa Solís. El proyecto busca ayudar–contribuir a mejorar las condiciones del espacio natural mediante el aprovechamiento e integración a las características físico-geográficas y culturales de la región y a su vez generar una importante fuente de empleo e impulso a la economía y turismo del municipio. Este proyecto se rige bajo los principios de sustentabilidad, aplicación de ecotecnias, aprovechamiento de los recursos naturales y materiales de la región, cuidado del medio ambiente y adaptación al contexto natural y urbano Debido a la magnitud del proyecto cabe mencionar que con fines de trabajo de tesis únicamente se desarrollará el área de hospedaje de la zona de parque rural, una de las cuatro zonas que se muestran en el plan maestro.
