Plastic artists who have just entered the complex field of the arts often have difficulties finding spaces that allow them to exhibit their artistic works, this triggers endless problems that range from economic to personal. In the same way, generating the habit of reading is a fundamental factor within any population, therefore it is important to support and strengthen through participation the programs of promote reading that currently exist in the locality. This project aims to directly attack these problems through the creation of a Traveling Pavilion that merged art with reading in the same space, promoting culture in the locality, specifically the plastic arts and reading; This seeks to support the plastic artists who live in the town through spaces for the exhibition of their artistic works, in addition to implementing areas dedicated to the practice of reading. The most important aspect of this project is the use of fixed modular structures as well as itinerant structures, the main concept is to be moved from one place to another within the locality. The main objective of these itinerant structures is to support events and cultural fairs that take place within the city, since they are the most practical and efficient option cause to their speed of assembly and disassembly.
Los artistas plásticos que recién incursionan en el complejo ámbito de las artes muchas veces tienen dificultades para encontrar espacios que les permitan exponer sus trabajos artísticos, esto desencadena un sin fin de problemas en estos artistas, que van desde económicos hasta personales. Asimismo, generar el hábito de la lectura es un factor fundamental dentro de cualquier población, por ello es importante apoyar y fortalecer a través de la participación los programas de fomento a la lectura que existen actualmente en el municipio. El presente proyecto pretende atacar directamente estas problemáticas por medio de la creación de un Pabellón Itinerante que fusioné el arte con la lectura en un mismo espacio, promocionando la cultura en la localidad, específicamente las artes plásticas y la lectura; y con esto se busca apoyar a los artistas plásticos que habitan en la localidad mediante espacios para la exhibición de sus obras artísticas, además de implementar zonas dedicadas a la práctica de la lectura. El aspecto más destacado de este proyecto es la utilización de estructuras modulares tanto fijas, así como estructuras itinerantes, cuyo principal concepto es el de ser movibles de un lugar a otro dentro de la localidad. Estas estructuras itinerantes tienen como objetivo principal apoyar a los diversos eventos y ferias culturales que se realizan dentro del municipio, ya que son una opción más práctica y eficaz por su rápido montaje y desmontaje.
