At present, the problem of housing and quality in its design and construction is still valid due to the continuous informality in its development and implementation. This indicates that most of these new homes are going to be self-built by the residents of these towns themselves without any kind of advice or technical reference. The objective of this thesis project is to develop a modular progressive self-construction housing prototype for the population of Cherán Michoacán. The proposal highlights that the most appropriate prototype of progressive housing is that of a completely simple and practical integrated model design in its application, under the guidance, of first considering the structural modulation and then the other necessary spaces; based on compliance with the construction regulations of the area, both in sanitary installations and electrical installations. The methodology used is of a qualitative approach, supported, in exploring the facts, to later generate theoretical perspectives of solution, for this information will be sought through registration cards, field survey and photographs. Finally, the contribution of this work is to determine Cheran progressive modular architecture housing prototype, especially its contribution to the solution of self-construction and its impact on vulnerability and family habitability.
En la actualidad, el problema de la vivienda y la calidad en su diseño y edificación sigue siendo vigente por la continua informalidad en su desarrollo y realización. Lo que nos indica que la mayoría de estas nuevas viviendas van a ser autoconstruidas por los mismos vecinos de estas localidades sin ningún tipo de asesoría o referente técnico. El presente proyecto de tesis tiene como objetivo, desarrollar un prototipo de vivienda de autoconstrucción progresiva modular para la población de Cherán Michoacán. La propuesta destaca que el prototipo de vivienda progresiva más apropiada, es la de un diseño de modelo integrado completamente sencillo y practico en su aplicación, bajo la orientación, de plantear primero la modulación estructural y luego los demás espacios necesarios; basado en el cumplimiento de las normas de construcción de la zona, tanto en instalaciones sanitarias e instalaciones eléctricas. La metodología usada, es de enfoque cualitativo, apoyada, en explorar los hechos, para luego generar perspectivas teóricas de solución, para ello se buscará información a través de fichas de registro, encuesta de campo y fotografías. Finalmente, el aporte de este trabajo es determinar el prototipo de vivienda de arquitectura modular progresiva de Cherán, especialmente su contribución a la solución de la autoconstrucción y su impacto en la vulnerabilidad y habitabilidad familiar.
