Refugio para mujeres e hijos víctimas de la violencia en Morelia, Michoacán

Abstract

The present project of a shelter for women, aims to help reduce the problem of violence against women, which is found in high percentages at the national level, since in each of the states of the Mexican Republic there are It has a large percentage of these acts, which are increasing each year, with Michoacán among the states with the highest percentage, in addition there is a high number of murders of women in the home, indicating that this is one of the most dangerous places, which genre that the H. town hall of Morelia took it as a facility with high viability of execution and benefit. For this, a methodology was followed in which historical data, tables, regulations and guidelines compatible with the project were taken, all of these obtained by extensive research to be able to apply them to the solution, by means of the preparation of the necessary plans for the understanding and solution of the architectural problem. Resulting in an architectural project that helps to meet the needs of users and generate good comfort within the different areas, having compact spaces taking into account their functionality, in which women who are victims of violence and their children giving them psychological, health, legal care and courses to be able to work at the end of their stay, giving them information so that they can learn about each of their options. This project helps to reduce the problem, since it helps women feel a little more secure in having where to go in these cases, whether with children or without them, in order to receive free care and by leaving they can lead a life free of violence.

El presente proyecto de un refugio para mujeres, tiene como propósito ayudar a disminuir la problemática de la violencia en contra de la mujer, la cual se encuentra en elevados porcentajes a nivel nacional, ya que en cada uno de los estados de la república mexicana se cuenta con un gran porcentaje de estos actos, los cuales van en aumento cada año teniendo a Michoacán entre los estados con más porcentaje, además se tiene un número elevado de asesinatos a mujeres en el hogar indicando que este es uno de los lugares más peligrosos, lo cual género que el H. ayuntamiento de Morelia lo tomara como un equipamiento con alta viabilidad de ejecución y beneficio. Para ello se siguió una metodología en la cual se tomaron datos históricos, tablas, reglamentos y lineamientos compatibles al proyecto, todos estos obtenidos por una investigación amplia para poder aplicarlos a la solución, mediante la elaboración de los planos necesarios para la comprensión y solución de la problemática arquitectónica. Teniendo como resultado un proyecto arquitectónico que ayuda a atender las necesidades de los usuarios y a generarles un buen confort dentro de las diferentes áreas, teniendo espacios compactos tomando en cuenta su funcionalidad, en los cuales se podrá atender a las mujeres víctimas de la violencia y sus hijos otorgándoles atención psicológica, de salud, jurídica y cursos para poder trabajar al finalizar su estadía, dándoles información para que puedan conocer cada unas de sus opciones. Este proyecto ayuda a la disminución de la problemática, puesto que ayuda a que las mujeres se sientan un poco más seguras de tener a donde acudir en estos casos ya sea con hijos o sin ellos, a fin de que se les brinde una atención gratuita y al salir puedan llevar una vida libre de violencia.
