Culture is the custom and lifestyle with a level of artistic development, scientific among other disciplines, this contributes in a positive and effective way through tactics and actions that lead to social development, coexistence and social recreation. Its importance has been increasing, this because of the potential to develop the capacities of citizenship and social cohesion. Ecuandureo is a place that has been in constant dispute to rescue the cultural activities of the site and promote it, so it must have adequate infrastructure that allows these actions to be fulfilled, not only that there is a building, but that there are spaces that understand the needs of users. Through the municipal, state and federal governments, cultural growth has been one of the most relevant points to be developed due to the need to preserve and rescue customs and traditions, with the implementation of actions and plans to develop the population's natural skills. One of the main objectives of these actions is the coexistence and intercultural participation that is sought to be achieved through dynamics, support and even with the creation of federal programs that contribute to the construction and development of the cultural infrastructure of the nation. This thesis will talk about a possible solution to the lack of adequate cultural infrastructure, the implementation of an Extension to the House of Culture, which meets the optimal spaces and standards for its proper functioning. The citizens of Ecuandureo are offered urban equipment for use in the development and practice of artistic and cultural activities, as well as the realization of different practices related to culture, such as reading, presentations and appreciation of works and objects of historical value.
La Cultura es la costumbre y estilo de vida con un nivel de desarrollo artístico, científico entre otras disciplinas, esta aporta de manera positiva y eficaz a través de tácticas y acciones que conllevan al desarrollo social, la convivencia y recreación social. Su importancia ha ido en aumento, esto por el potencial de desarrollar las capacidades de la ciudadanía y la cohesión social. El municipio de Ecuandureo es un lugar que ha estado en constante disputa de rescatar las actividades culturales propias del sitio y promocionarla, por lo que se debe contar con infraestructura adecuada que permita que estas acciones se puedan cumplir, no solamente que exista un edificio, sino que existan espacios que entiendan las necesidades de los usuarios. A través de los gobiernos municipales, estatales y federales el crecimiento cultural ha sido uno de los puntos más relevantes a desarrollar debido a la necesidad de preservar y rescatar las costumbres y tradiciones, con la implementación de acciones y planes para desenvolver habilidades natas de la población. Uno de los objetivos principales de estas acciones es la convivencia y participación intercultural que se busca lograr por medio de dinámicas, apoyo e inclusive con la creación de programas federales que aportan a la construcción y desarrollo de la infraestructura cultural de la nación. En la presente tesis se hablará de una posible solución a la falta de infraestructura cultural adecuada, la implementación de una Ampliación a la Casa de la Cultura, que cumpla con los espacios y estándares óptimos para su correcto funcionamiento. Se ofrece a la ciudadanía de Ecuandureo equipamiento urbano para su uso en el desarrollo y practica de actividades artísticas y culturales, así como la realización de distintas practicas relacionadas a la cultura, como la lectura, presentaciones y apreciación de obras y objetos de valor histórico.
