Centro integral canino en Morelia Michoacán

Abstract

The need for an Integral Canine Center to contribute to solve the lack of infrastructure for the overpopulation, abandonment and mistreatment of dogs; as well as a space that does not exclude those who have homes in the city of Morelia, Michoacán is evident. An analysis of several determinants that intervene and make up this project was carried out, which are mentioned below. Within the theoretical approach, mention is made of the basic concepts, evolutionary references and the transcendence of the subject in the city as well as the vision of the project promoter. From the context, the historical construction of the place, the statistical analysis of the population, the cultural habits of the future users and the economic, political and strategic aspects. In addition, the conditioning factors that influence the project were analyzed; climate, temperature, rainfall, prevailing winds and sunlight, in order to generate the best design conditions for the comfort of the users. In the urban area, land use and infrastructure, roads and circulation, transportation routes, image and problems related to the site are addressed. For the functional aspect, architectural analogies, user profiles, all relevant programs and diagrams, and graphic and photographic analysis of the terrain were reviewed. In the projective interface, the compositional argument as well as the geometry, contextual design, spatial-environmental criteria and constructive principles. Finally, laws and regulations were consulted as well as all relevant information. As a result, we obtained the architectural and executive project for the construction of an Integral Canine Center, with sufficient capacity and comfortable spaces that incorporate the use of concrete, glass and wood as well as design strategies that help the environment, integrated to the context for its optimal operation.

La necesidad de un Centro Integral Canino para contribuir a resolver la falta de infraestructura para la sobrepoblación, abandono y maltrato canino; así como un espacio que no excluya a aquellos que tienen hogar en la ciudad de Morelia, Michoacán es evidente. Se llevó a cabo un análisis de diversas determinantes que intervienen y conforman dicho proyecto, los cuáles se mencionan a continuación. Dentro del enfoque teórico, se hace mención de los conceptos básicos, referentes evolutivos y la trascendencia del tema en la ciudad, así como la visión del promotor del proyecto. A partir del contexto, la construcción histórica del lugar, el análisis estadístico de la población, los hábitos culturales de los futuros usuarios y los aspectos económicos, políticos y estratégicos. Además, se analizaron las condicionantes que influyen en el proyecto; clima, temperatura, precipitación pluvial, vientos dominantes y asoleamiento, con el fin de generar las mejores condiciones de diseño para el confort para los usuarios. En lo urbano, se aborda el uso de suelo e infraestructura, vialidades y circulación, rutas de transporte, imagen y problemática vinculada al sitio. Para el caso de lo funcional, se revisaron las analogías arquitectónicas, perfil de usuarios, todos los programas y diagramas pertinentes y el análisis gráfico y fotográfico del terreno. En la interfaz proyectiva, el argumento compositivo, así como la geometría, diseño contextual, criterio espacio-ambiental y principios constructivos. Por último, se consultaron las leyes y reglamentos, así como toda aquella información relevante. Como resultado se obtuvo el proyecto arquitectónico y ejecutivo para la construcción de un Centro Integral Canino, con capacidad suficiente y espacios confortables que incorporen el uso del concreto, cristal y madera, así como estrategias de diseño que ayuden al medio ambiente, integrado al contexto para su óptimo funcionamiento.
