This project is for the improvement of the urban image in the center of the city of Zitácuaro Michoacán. This idea started from observing how the change in land use and the appropriation of merchants with their semi-fixed stalls in public spaces, plus other physical elements that deteriorated the urban landscape of the city. The lack of regularization caused the saturation of images and finishes different from the traditional ones of the site, thus contaminating them and creating a distortion of legibility and visual contamination. An analysis was carried out to observe the impact that the city has and that it has suffered over the years in order to define the areas that were considered most affected and later with more certainty delimit the study area on the site. After investigating in the area through field visits and gathering information from different research sources, it was possible to identify the elements that intervened in the problem of the place. With precise data, an intervention proposal was made in the image of the site, covering different important design elements for the urban project.
Este proyecto es para el mejoramiento en la imagen urbana en el centro de la ciudad de Zitácuaro Michoacán. Esta idea partió de observar como el cambio de uso de suelo y la apropiación de los comerciantes con sus puestos semifijos en los espacios públicos, más otros elementos físicos que fueron deteriorando el paisaje urbano de la ciudad. La falta de regularización provoco la saturación de imágenes y de acabados diferentes a los tradicionales del sitio, de esta manera contaminándolos y creando una distorsión de legibilidad y una contaminación visual. Se realizó un análisis para observar el impacto que tiene la ciudad y que está a sufrido al pasar de los años para poder así definir las zonas que se consideraron más afectadas para después con más certeza delimitar el área de estudio en el sitio. Posterior de investigar en el área mediante visitas de campo y recabar información en diferentes fuentes de investigación se pudieron identificar los elementos que intervenían en la problemática del lugar. Con datos precisos se realizó una propuesta de intervención en la imagen del sitio, abarcando diferentes elementos importantes de diseño para el proyecto urbano.
