Proyecto arquitectónico de vivienda de interés social en Huiramba Michoacán

Abstract

In this thesis, the main topic that was addressed is to solve the problem that is currently in the municipality of Huiramba Michoacán, which is the issue of social housing for single women who export strawberries to other states. Designing homes that meet the needs and improve the quality of life of the inhabitants in the municipality, which will benefit 78 houses. In a land adopted by the government near the strawberry cultivation, in order to thank women for the work and effort that women make to be able to survive today and work in productive things that make the trade succeed in the municipality of Huiramba. With a modern architecture that serves for new generations in the model of building homes, with a minimalist style. In order to cover the three sections that go hand in hand to solve the problem that is to analyze, diagnose and propose In the first chapter we talk about the contextual, environmental and urban determinants that a summary about the history and theme of the place, the habits of women, how much population will benefit the housing project, how is the land of physical affectations existing, types of climates, prevailing winds and sunlight, to be able to propose an environmental strategy and which roads are close to the ground to be able to circulate or reach the land.

En esta tesis el tema principal que se abordó, es solucionar la problemática que se encuentra actualmente en el municipio de Huiramba Michoacán, que es el tema de vivienda de interés social para las mujeres solteras que exportan la fresa a otros estados. Diseñando unas viviendas que satisfacen las necesidades y mejoren la calidad de vida de los habitantes en el municipio, que beneficiará con 78 casas. En un terreno adoptado por parte del gobierno municipal cerca del cultivo de fresa, con el fin de darles las gracias por el trabajo y esfuerzo que hacen las mujeres para poder sobrevivir hoy en la actualidad y trabajar en cosas productivas que hacen que el comercio salga adelante en el municipio de Huiramba. Con una arquitectura moderna que sirva para las nuevas generaciones, el cual siga el mismo método para construir, diseñando un estilo minimalista. Con la finalidad de cubrir los tres apartados que son el de analizar, diagnosticar y proponer, que van de la mano para solucionar el problema. En el primer capítulo nos habla de analizar las determinantes contextuales, ambientales y urbanas. Que es un resumen sobre la historia y el tema del lugar, los hábitos de las mujeres, a cuánta población va beneficiar el proyecto de viviendas, como se encuentra el terreno de las afectaciones físicas existentes, tipos de climas, vientos dominantes y asoleamiento, para poder proponer una estrategia ambiental y que vialidades se encuentran cerca en terreno, para poder circular o llegar al terreno.
