Sustitución del centro de salud de Zitácuaro, dependiente de los servicios de salud del estado de Michoacán

Abstract

This research is aimed at determining the feasibility of replacing the Zitácuaro Health Center, Michoacán, which will provide first-level health care services. To carry out this research, the place was visited to know the needs of the current Health Center and thus be able to improve them in the new project. Likewise, adapt the new requirements to a functional and sustainable project that benefits the users of this region of the state. It has been established in this study that the Health Center lacks services, facilities and spaces with the minimum needs to provide correct care to the user in the face of diseases and especially with the pandemic that we are experiencing today (COVID-19) ; For this reason, temporary areas for patients have had to be adapted, as well as modules with non-standard characteristics due to the great demand for health services in the state of Michoacán. Several health centers were visited to investigate how they deal with known diseases and new diseases. The different facilities and spaces that are necessary to provide good patient care in each area were observed. That is why the architectural proposal that will be shaped will have the necessary services, and will be attached to the current regulations and regulations regulated by both federal and state authorities, this in turn will ensure that decent medical care is provided to users who require these services.

La presente investigación está dirigida a determinar la factibilidad para la sustitución del Centro de Salud de Zitácuaro, Michoacán, que brindara los servicios de atención de salud de primer nivel. Para realizar esta investigación se visitó el lugar para conocer las necesidades que presenta el actual Centro de Salud y así poder mejorarlas en el nuevo proyecto. Así mismo adaptar los nuevos requerimientos a un proyecto funcional y sustentable que beneficie a los usuarios de esta región del estado. Se ha establecido en este estudio que el Centro de Salud carece de servicios, instalaciones y espacios con las necesidades mínimas para brindar una correcta atención al usuario frente a las enfermedades y sobre todo con la pandemia que estamos viviendo hoy en día (COVID-19); por lo cual se han tenido que adaptar áreas provisionales para los pacientes, así como módulos con características fuera de norma debido a la gran demanda con la que cuentan los servicios de salud del estado de Michoacán. Se visitaron varios centros de salud para investigar cómo le hacen frente a las enfermedades ya conocidas y a las nuevas enfermedades. Se observaron las diferentes instalaciones y espacios que son necesarios para brindar una buena atención al paciente en cada área. Es por ello que la propuesta arquitectónica que se plasmara contara con los servicios necesarios, y estará apegada a las normativas y reglamentos vigentes regulados por autoridades tanto federales como estatales, esto a su vez lograra que se brinde atención médica digna a los usuarios que requieren de estos servicios.
