Abstract

The Community Development Centers constitute a social franchise, where community development is promoted, coexistence is encouraged, social services are provided and collective identity is strengthened. There, the meeting of the community is facilitated, which is a basic condition to promote development through democratic organization. In this thesis work, the line of action "Design and Social Innovation" will be taken. Within this line, it will be a Community Development Center located in the Ciudad Jardín Morelia Michoacán neighborhood, which will seek a strategic plan for the reactivation of the center which will benefit families for full and complete development. created a survey, interviewing the inhabitants to learn more about their customs, traditions, ways of daily life, etc. Know the suggestions of activities to develop in the center. This thesis will be taken as an example that a social innovation can be done, attending to the problems that develop within the community and thus, the creation of feasible proposals for a good project that is integral and functional. For this, the creation of this project was taken with great dedication and to provide a better quality of life to the communities that need it.

Los Centro de desarrollo comunitario, constituyen una franquicia social, donde se impulsa el desarrollo comunitario, se fomenta la convivencia, se proveen servicios sociales y se fortalece la identidad colectiva. Ahí se facilita el encuentro de la comunidad, que en una condición básica para impulsar el desarrollo por la vía de organización democrática. En este trabajo de tesis, se tomará la línea de acción “Diseño e Innovación social”. Dentro de esta línea, se tratará de un Centro de Desarrollo Comunitario ubicado en la colonia Ciudad Jardín Morelia Michoacán, el cual se buscará un plan estratégico para la reactivación del centro el cual beneficiará a las familias para un desarrollo pleno e integro Para ello, se creó un sondeo, entrevistando a los habitantes para conocer más a fondo sus costumbres, tradiciones, modos de vida cotidiano, etc. Conocer las sugerencias de actividades para desarrollarse en el centro. Esta tesis, se tomará como un ejemplo el que se puede hacer una innovación social, atendiendo a las problemáticas que desarrollan dentro de la comunidad y así, la creación de propuestas factibles para un buen proyecto que sea íntegro y funcional. Para ello, se tomó con mucha dedicación la creación de este proyecto y brindar una mejor calidad de vida a las comunidades que lo necesiten.
