Abstract

As there is no space for lodging for young participants in sociocultural activities in the port of Zihuatanejo, interest in promoting their talents and being recognized by society diminishes. It is the main reason, which gives rise to the Villas Juveniles. Now, the Villas Juveniles satisfy and solve the demands together with the needs of foreign young people, without leaving aside technical and professional aspects which generate comfort and safety for the user, making the most of the location and the square meters of the granted property. by the H. Ayuntamiento de Zihuatanejo. The research that has been developed is of an applied scientific type since the project was the strategy that was approached to solve this problem. With data suggested and previously analyzed by Zihuatanejo authorities, which were specified through more analysis and research with current figures. With the help of the knowledge acquired throughout my studies, field research, analogies, experiences and interviews, the executive project was carried out taking care detail, both in terms of comfort, aesthetics, function and structure, justifying each point at the same time It was considered to be friendly to the environment by implementing the use of ecotectins, this building being an example for future buildings in the port.

Al no existir un espacio destinado al hospedaje para jóvenes partícipes de actividades socioculturales el en puerto de Zihuatanejo, disminuye el interés por impulsar sus talentos, y ser reconocidos ante la sociedad. Es el motivo principal, el cual da origen a las Villas Juveniles. Ahora bien, dicho proyecto atiende las demandas y necesidades de los jóvenes foráneos, sin dejar a un lado aspectos técnicos y profesionales los cuales generan confort y seguridad al usuario, aprovechando al máximo la ubicación y los metros cuadrados del predio otorgado por el H. Ayuntamiento de Zihuatanejo. La investigación que se ha desarrollado es de tipo aplicada científica ya que el proyecto fue la estrategia que se abordó para dar solución a dicha problemática. Con datos sugeridos y previamente analizados por autoridades de Zihuatanejo, que se fueron concretando por medio de una investigación con cifras actuales. Con ayuda de los conocimientos adquiridos a lo largo de mis estudios, investigación de campo, analogías, experiencias y entrevistas, se realizó el proyecto ejecutivo cuidando cada de talle, tanto de confort, estética, función y estructura, justificando cada solución propuesta a la vez que se consideró ser amigable con el medio ambiente implementando el uso de enotecnias, siendo este edificio un ejemplo para futuras edificaciones en el puerto.
