Secundaria técnica en Tlalpujahua, Michoacán

Abstract

This thesis document solves the need of society for an adequate and quality education at the Secondary level. For the elaboration of the architectural project and of this document itself, analyzes were made in various aspects, in order to arrive at the best possible solution. An investigation was carried out both to know how these types of institutions work, as well as the particularities of this case. The urban and natural landscape immediate to the location of this project was studied, as well as the environmental characteristics in the design of the building, also making it comfortable for the user and according to an educational institution at a public level. Norms, guidelines and regulations were considered in the architectural design so that it is so close to reality that it can be concretized as a solid and tangible fact. In the same way, it has a parametric budget, to have an idea of the cost of a construction of this magnitude. The result of this project is that of a contemporary and striking building, tailored to the peculiarities of the case presented by the Secondary School.

El presente documento de tesis, resuelve la necesidad de la sociedad por una educación adecuada y de calidad a nivel Secundaria. Para la elaboración del proyecto arquitectónico y de este documento en sí, se hicieron análisis en diversos aspectos, para poder llegar a la mejor solución posible. Se realizó una investigación tanto para conocer cómo funcionan este tipo de instituciones, así como de las particularidades de este caso. Se estudió el paisaje urbano y natural inmediato a la ubicación de este proyecto, al igual que se contemplaron las características ambientales en el diseño del edificio, logrando también que sea confortable al usuario y acorde a una institución educativa a nivel público. Normativas, lineamientos y reglamentos fueron considerados en el diseño arquitectónico para que éste sea tan apegado a la realidad que se pueda llegar a concretar como un hecho sólido y tangible. De igual manera cuenta con un presupuesto paramétrico, para tener una idea del costo de una construcción de esta magnitud. El resultado de este proyecto, es el de una edificación contemporánea y llamativa, diseñada a la medida de las peculiaridades del caso que presenta la Secundaria.
