Abstract

The building known today as the Hotel Villas de Parácuaro had its origins around the year 1966 in what was then constituted of the municipal seat of the municipality of Parácuaro Michoacán, for which it currently bears its name. Where, until a few years ago, it remained in operation, although a little lacking for which it was built; and that, throughout all these years, it has had a series of changes or modifications that except in certain cases, some were more appropriate than others where all of these served as a starting point for the improvement of the property, which led it to renew itself and meet some of the needs for national and foreign visitors who visited this municipality. But, nevertheless, today it is in disuse, a circumstance that, due to the passage of time and the lack of attention to its facilities, the property has suffered notable deterioration that is visible to the naked eye and that could constitute damage. greater in the near future. The present work consists of the Remodeling Project of the Hotel Villas de Parácuaro and where its purpose is to culminate with a proposal that takes the Hotel to its next cycle, returning the vitality it had and increasing the value of its interior and exterior spaces. , improving existing spaces and recovering part of its history and that of the context in which it coexists, so that with this project the conditions of service for users are improved, it is even more attractive for tourists and both economic and social benefits are increased. social for the local population.

El inmueble hoy conocido como el Hotel Villas de Parácuaro tuvo sus orígenes alrededor del año de 1966 en lo entonces constituido de la cabecera municipal del municipio de Parácuaro Michoacán, por el que actualmente lleva su nombre. En donde, hasta hace algunos años, se mantuvo en funcionamiento, aunque un poco carente para el que fue construido; y que, a lo largo de todos estos años ha tenido una serie de cambios o modificaciones que salvo en ciertos casos, algunos fueron más apropiados que otros en donde todos estos fungieron como punto de partida para el mejoramiento del inmueble, lo que lo llevo a renovarse y cumplir algunas de las necesidades para los visitantes nacionales y extranjeros que visitaron este municipio. Pero, sin embargo, el día de hoy se encuentra en desuso, circunstancia que, derivado por el paso del tiempo y la falta de atención a sus instalaciones, el inmueble ha sufrido notables deterioros que son apreciables a simple vista y que podrían constituir un daño mayor en un futuro próximo. El trabajo presente consiste en el Proyecto de Remodelación del Hotel Villas de Parácuaro y en donde su finalidad es culminar con una propuesta que lleve al Hotel a su siguiente ciclo, regresándole la vitalidad con la que contaba y aumentando el valor de sus espacios interiores y exteriores, mejorando los espacios ya existentes y recuperando parte de su historia y de la del contexto en donde coexiste, para que con este proyecto mejoren las condiciones de servicio para los usuarios, sea aún más tractivo para los turistas y que aumenten los beneficios tanto económicos como sociales para la población del lugar.
