This thesis project covers an investigation, which contains a theoretical part, where the definition of the topic is known, sports module, problem statement, justification, objectives, scope, methodology. Where there is also a study of the urban, climatological context and the characteristics of the intervention site and with this, it is completely broken down into the necessary research. Working in conjunction with the different norms and laws that correspond to the type of project. According to the information collected that was applied to the executive project, which is made up of: architectural plans, finish plans, structural proposal, plumbing and electrical installations, gardening, signage, modeling and 3D views. With this architectural proposal, with an urban aspect, in order to provide an appropriate area for sports in the intervention area. Where finally a budget was prepared, to obtain an approximate cost in the execution of the project.
Este proyecto de tesis, abarca una investigación, que contiene una parte teórica, en donde se conoce la definición del tema, modulo deportivo planteamiento del problema, justificación, objetivos, alcances, metodología. Donde también existe un estudio del contexto urbano, climatológico y las características del predio de intervención y con ello se desglosa completamente en la investigación necesaria. Trabajando en conjunto con las distintas normas y leyes que corresponden al tipo de proyecto. De acuerdo a la información recolectada que se aplicó para el proyecto ejecutivo, que está integrado por: planos arquitectónicos, planos de acabados, propuesta estructural, instalaciones hidrosanitarias, eléctricas, jardinería, señalética, modelados y vistas 3D. Con esta propuesta arquitectónica, de aspecto urbano, con la finalidad de brindar un área apropiada para el deporte en la zona de intervención. Donde por último se elaboró un presupuesto, para obtener un costo aproximado en la ejecución del proyecto.
