Cultural center is very important and necessary equipment for the development of personal heritage as an individual and for a community, raising their capacities for cultural, social, artistic knowledge and focusing on the activities and customs that take place in a certain community. That is why this thesis work was carried out an investigation collecting information related to cultural centers, as well as addressing concepts, origins of the first cultural aspects that over the years have been developing and evolving, giving way to what today it is known as cultural centers, analogous cases are also an important part of this work, providing ideas on how the problems were addressed and what solution and/or proposal was reached. It is important to compare the information mentioned above with the information regarding the important features of Cuitzeo Michoacán, highlighting general information about the place and specifying that it helps to give guidelines to the possible final solution of this work, which allows developing cultural capacities focused on the scope of artistic culture, traditional crafts and cultural customs which allow to mitigate in a certain way several of the social problems or deficiencies that are present in the locality, which is relevant as it is a Magical Town.
Los centros culturales son equipamientos muy importantes y necesarios para el desarrollo en acervo personal como individuo y para una comunidad, elevando sus capacidades de conocimiento cultural, social, artístico y centrándose en las actividades y costumbres que se desempeñan en cierta comunidad. Es por ello que el presente trabajo de tesis se realizó una investigación recabando información relacionada con los centros culturales, así mismo abordando conceptos, orígenes de los primeros aspectos culturales que al transcurso de los años se han ido desarrollando y evolucionando, dando paso a lo que hoy en día se conoce como centros culturales, los casos análogos también son parte importante en este trabajo, aportando ideas del cómo se abordaron las problemáticas y que solución y/o propuesta se llegó. Es importante comparar la información anteriormente mencionada con la información respecto a los rasgos importantes de Cuitzeo Michoacán, destacando información general del lugar y especifica que ayude a dar pautas a la posible solución final de este trabajo, el cual permita desarrollar las capacidades culturales enfocadas en el ámbito de la cultura artística, artesanal tradicional y costumbres culturales las cuales permitan mitigar de cierta manera varias de las problemáticas sociales o carencias que están presentes en la localidad, la cual es de relevancia al tratarse de un Pueblo Mágico.
