In the following work, we will talk about the rapid population development that different cities have had in recent years, having as a consequence that the equipment is insufficient or that they are too far away in certain areas of the urban sprawl and the equipment that is offered there, which has as a consequence that adults, adolescents and children lead a sedentary life which can harm their health, for this a sports center was developed which has the capacity to cover a large part of the place where it is located, with this it will help to encourage sport and a healthy life in the place helping to cover the equipment needs of the city, in the development of the sports center, more specifically a stadium from which the architectural plants, sanitary installation, hydraulic installation, lighting installation, masonry plants, foundation proposal, structural proposal, special installations elevators and installation of air conditioning, as well as the volumetry of the stadium to observe the final result of the stadium. All the development of the stadium will be carried out in accordance with the construction regulations of the federal district and the construction regulations of the state of Guanajuato and the manual offered by FIFA on soccer stadiums, technical recommendations and requirements, from the latter all the information for the correct operation and design of the stadium with everything that FIFA requires so that it can be used in international events such as the World Cup and the Olympic Games.
En el siguiente trabajo se hablara del rápido desarrollo poblacional que han tenido en los últimos años distintas ciudades teniendo como consecuencia que el equipamiento sea insuficiente o que queden demasiado retiradas en ciertas zonas de la mancha urbana y del equipamiento que ahí se ofrece, lo cual tiene como consecuencia que los adultos, adolescentes y niños lleven una vida sedentaria lo cual puede perjudicar su salud, para esto se desarrolló un centro deportivo el cual tiene la capacidad de cubrir una gran parte del lugar donde se emplazara, con esto ayudara a incentivar el deporte y una vida saludable en el lugar ayudando a cubrir con las necesidades de equipamiento que tiene la ciudad, en el desarrollo del centro deportivo de manera más específica un estadio del que se desarrollaran las plantas arquitectónicas, instalación sanitaria, instalación hidráulica, instalación de iluminación, plantas de albañilería, propuesta de cimentación, propuesta estructural, instalaciones especiales de elevadores e instalación de aire acondicionado, al igual que la volumetría del estadio para observar el resultado final del estadio. Todo el desarrollo del estadio se llevará a cabo de acuerdo a los reglamentos de construcción del distrito federal y del reglamento de construcción del estado de Guanajuato y del manual que ofrece la FIFA sobre estadios de futbol recomendaciones técnicas y requisitos, de este último se tomó toda la información para el correcto funcionamiento y diseño del estadio con todo lo que requiere la FIFA para que se pueda usar en eventos internacionales como mundiales de futbol y juegos olímpicos.
