The present work addresses the problem that constitutes the absence of a recreation and tourist center for the society of Zihuatanejo, the problems that orbit around said proposal are made to build a model after the concept of solution seeking to satisfy the special needs, aesthetics, spatial and functional that the user demands, composed of architectural, structural, hydro-sanitary, electrical and special installation proposals, as well as finishing proposals, renderings of the complex, thus having a complete executive project for subsequent feasibility analysis.
El presente trabajo aborda la problemática que constituye la ausencia de un centro de recreación y turístico para la sociedad de Zihuatanejo, se efectúan las problemáticas que orbitan alrededor de dicha propuesta para construir un modelo posterior al concepto de solución buscando satisfacer las necesidades especiales, estéticas, espaciales y funcionales que demanda el usuario compuesta por propuestas arquitectónicas, estructurales, instalaciones hidrosanitarias, eléctricas y especiales además de propuestas de acabados, renders del complejo, teniendo así un proyecto ejecutivo completo para su posterior análisis de factibilidad.
