Inserción de vivienda en el Centro Histórico Morelia Michoacán

Abstract

The present research work addresses the problem of the abandonment of properties and buildings in the historic center of Morelia Michoacán, which over time deteriorate becoming ruins, causing the decline of housing or of the house room, which in the past recent years has decreased considerably. As well as physical and social problems and Being a key point for insecurity, vandalism, and pollution because people prefer to throw garbage in these lonely places, aggravating the physical state and integrity of the city. Thus, through this research work, we seek to rethink the problems and the proper use of said buildings in collaboration with the intended use of land, to strategically create adequate spaces and give a new opportunity to return housing to the historic center. of Morelia Michoacán, with a project of loft and apartments for the insertion of housing in the historic center of that city.

El presente trabajo de investigación aborda la problemática del abandono de predios y edificios en el centro histórico de Morelia Michoacán, que a lo largo del tiempo se deterioran convirtiéndose en ruinas, provocando el descenso de la vivienda o bien de la casa habitación, que en los últimos años se ha disminuido considerablemente. Así como problemas físicos y sociales y Siendo un punto clave para la inseguridad, el vandalismo, y la contaminación debido a que las personas prefieren tirar basura en estos lugares solitarios agravando el estado físico y la integridad de la ciudad. Es así que a través del presente trabajo de investigación se busca replantear las problemáticas y el uso adecuado de dichos inmuebles en colaboración con el uso de suelo destinado, para crear de manera estratégica espacios adecuados y dar una nueva oportunidad de devolver la vivienda al centro histórico de Morelia Michoacán, con un proyecto de loft y departamentos para la inserción de vivienda en el centro histórico de dicha ciudad.
